  1. fair enough concerns. i'm more inclined to trust green than whyte though
  2. ** for realised, read remembered...
  3. Or, its Craig Whyte's attempt to get something out of the deal. Initially I thought it would be Whyte annoyed at the fact Green has been publicly critical of him in recent weeks. But then I realised he doesn't give a toss about reputation, its all about the money.
  4. Nor I, but all I'm saying is that the rumours do add weight to the suggestion. When are they showing this interview??
  5. How so? We knew D&P were hand picked. As for Green/Zeus, we have two sides to the story. Maybe the BBC can back up some allegations with verifiable facts. I'm not holding my breath on that count.
  6. based on what has come out so far, i'm not sure if it is. not yet anyway. We have an allegation from a proven liar that he brought Green to the table. Its then been denied by Green. And thats about it, unless I've missed something.
  7. Agreed that it may scare some people off. I was referring to the rumours that some hush hush meetings have been held between Gree and Whyte giving credence to the fact that the likes of Bomber suggest he is still involved. Whether that tally's up with what assurances have been provided to the SFA is another matter.
  8. Well, I say mid-tier... checked the numbers and they are the 6th biggest accounting firm in the UK. http://www.accountancyage.com/static/top50-this-year
  9. BDO Stoy Hayward. Mid-tier accountancy firm.
  10. also gives credence to the slabberings of bomber brown. Whyte may well still be involved in some capacity.
  11. I am told that the two BDO men are formidable and very capable. I don't think they'll need luck.
  12. which adds to my own theory. any sign of this interview yet?
  13. Thats a point. What on earth is happening with that?
  14. Quite possibly But even if he did bring Green to the table, it hardly paints him in a more positive light. It just bought him a bit of breathing space till he could devise some other stalling tactic.
  15. The interesting part here for me is that Green met with Whyte to finalise his takeover and what conditions were part of that deal. There was all the quotes of the price being £1 but Green only had a £2 coin, so Whyte made a 100% profit. Immediately afterwards I recall Green was very careful about the things he said. Its only more recently that he has been more candid about the way the club was run during Whyte's reign. Given Whyte's ego, and the informal way the sale took place (again, if we are to believe what was said/reported), my guess is that Whyte is hurting and wants to have a pop at Green and SDM for the mess we find ourselves. I.e. it wasnae me.
  16. Roddy Forsyth in the Telegraph quoted a Strathclyde Police spokesperson if I recall correctly. It was short, and desparaging.
  17. If the SFA Board has any stones they'll sack Regan and Levein both. We all know they don't though.
  18. Regardless, we need to engage fan groups to ensure this is formally brought to the club's attention.
  19. Great post yet again. We need the club to formally challenge this "underclass" nonsense.
  20. Hi John, and welcome. There isn't a mobile version but you can view the forum via the tapatalk app which is definately available on iPhone.
  21. Possibly, and a cautious note is welcome given all the rhetoric. But again, if we are to believe some of the rumours, the SFL clubs gave McCoist a standing ovation when it came to some of the speeches given during meetings and ahead of votes. Suggests to me we are on much firmer ground that we might appreciate. Add to that, the friends we have hopefully cultivating in SFL3...
  22. And a very astute move by Green and McCoist to force the SPL to make a decision. If true what Green has been saying, around 4-5 SPL clubs were minded to abstain but in the end voted against us because we forced them to make a decision rather than push more pressure onto the SFL
  23. To be fair, this was only a matter of time. There may be clubs that are undecided but I would suspect that given the majority are in the SFL, who Regan spent so much time patronising and bullying, they will see which way the wind is blowing when it came to forcing some kind of vote or action.
  24. Whatever decision is given is down to the referee. So far as I could see, he had quite a few howlers in the game. But even when you take all of the dodgy decisions into account, Wales were the better team and deserved the result. As sad as that is to say.
  25. Bunch of drama llamas, the lot of you!
