  4. I thought Hagi really spurred the team on last night and stood up physically too. He gets my vote.
  5. Derby can only sign out of contract players or loans due to their embargo. They've a host of trialists training with them just now as well, so I suspect this link is a non-starter.
  6. Really encouraged by that 45. Definitely ready for Livi I’d suggest. ?
  7. Yet again football supporters being treated as second class citizens. Ridiculous
  8. Apologies, had a glitch on my browser there.
  9. From memory, any unsold shared will be underwritten by existing shareholders. Though I'd need to go back and check as I can't remember if i read that in an article or if it was the Tifosy chap on Heart & Hand.
  10. The Tifosy chap that was on Heart and Hand answering questions about it mentioned that it isn't underwritten. Something to do with the specific vehicle that is being used.
  11. Probably a poor choice of words as I was conflating investment/gambling which may not be entirely fair. But ultimately you can only be sponsored by businesses that want to sponsor you, and so long as we promote their services in a reasonable way with the approprate caveats and disclaimers, then its ultimately down to individuals.
  12. Similar to being sponsored by 32Red for me. We are not as a club pushing people to gamble. I'd prefer us to source sponsorship from more ethical companies but we can't ignore the potential partners that do want to spend money with us, simply because we don't care for what they sell.
  13. Switzerland 1-2 Spain Belgium 2-2 Italy Czech Republic 1-0 Denmark Ukraine 0-2 England
  14. The usual tinkering around the edges guff from the SPFL/SFA. Edit: That said, I'm for the Colts teams in the lower leagues - we need to do better at the transition phase from youth to first team.
  15. Wales 1-1 Denmark Italy 3-0 Austria Netherlands 2-2 Czech Republic Belgium 3- 3 Portugal Croatia 1-3 Spain France 3-1 Switzerland England 1-1 Germany Sweden 3-2 Ukraine
  16. Think Barisic was having a back problem.
  17. Italy 3-1 Wales Switzerland 0-2 Turkey Ukraine 1-1 Austria N. Macedonia 0-2 Netherlands Russia 1-2 Denmark Finland 0-3 Belgium Croatia 0-1 Scotland Czech Republic 1-2 England Sweden 2-0 Poland Slovakia 0-1 Spain Portugal 1-2 France Germany 3-0 Hungary
  18. Got selected for the Scottish Borders schools team and made a few appearances, but I/we were not that great. Played for a local team that was in an Edinburgh boys club league, and we drew Rangers BC in the Scottish Cup one year. Was snowing and poor conditions, which limited the damage to five nil. A cricket score would have been on the cards otherwise. A couple of the lads I played with had a chance of making it. One played for Cowdenbeath, Ayr and Alloa and is now a Solicitor Advocate. Another was a goalie who had a trial for Coventry I believe but injury ruined his chances of going pro.
  19. Matchday 2: Finland 1 - 1 Russia Turkey 1 - 2 Wales Italy 3 - 0 Switzerland Ukraine 2 -0 N. Macedonia Denmark 0 - 3 Belgium Netherlands 2 - 0 Austria Sweden 2 - 1 Slovakia Croatia 1 - 1 Czech Republic England 3 - 0 Scotland Hungary 0 - 4 France Portugal 2 - 1 Germany Spain 2 - 0 Poland
  20. Matchday 1: Turkey 0 - 1 Italy Wales 2 - 2 Switzerland Denmark 1 - 2 Finland Belgium 3 - 1 Russia England 2 - 1 Croatia Austria 3 - 0 N. Macedonia Netherlands 4 - 2 Ukraine Scotland 1 - 0 Czech Republic Poland 2 - 1 Slovakia Spain 3 - 1 Sweden Hungary 0 - 2 Portugal France 1 - 1 Germany
  21. I signed up for C1872 legacy scheme so am particularly disappointed in the recent turn of events. As mentioned by others, it felt like some valid criticisms were being taken personally, rather than being seen as an opportunity for increased member engagement and transparency in decision making. The lack of published/timely minutes of meetings and the lack of an AGM merely add to this. To get to a point were McQuarrie feels the need to resign rather than continue, indicates a breakdown in trust between the Board that needs to be presented to Members to enable us to make informed decisions about how to proceed. Unfortunately we seem to be in the position of needing an independent review into the governance and conduct of the CIC Board that will cost time and money that would be better spent elsewhere. To coin a phrase used from the past, we deserve better.
  22. I watched one of these clips the other day and thought Robbie reminded me of Andy Halliday - any relation?
  23. Central midfield. Had a good season on loan at Arbroath and was their young player of the year.
  24. Aside from the ludicrous fee, the problem with McBurnie is that he is clearly vulnerable to a noise up. He will be targeted up here and I would question his temperament to handle it.
  25. Good luck to KT. If he wants to be Rangers manager he will need to cut his teeth and I've no doubt this is a great opportunity for him.
