  1. ..Please? Specifically one with a wee guy burping!! :fish:
  2. Cannae see it to be honest. Would take him as a squad player as he would be useful for playing this 4-5-1 formation.
  3. It's all about perception and PR. If you are associated with the big boys then, by association, you carry more weight when it comes to political matters. To say that Rangers shouldn't really care is nonsense. We would take full membership in a heartbeat.
  4. Fingers crossed it's Hampden for us... Juffery - yes, you and I were thinking the same thing about our wee Timmy friend.
  5. Deal. No question of moving him on. You can see he loves pulling on a blue shirt and how many foreigners can have that said about them?
  6. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
  7. Is this not the boy that wants to playing for Oireland? He can get tae feck along with McGobshite if thats the case.
  8. Turns out it's genuine... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/merseyside/7071296.stm
  9. I think the official line was mutual consent and it was about 10/11 months ago!! :fish:
  10. I know I was singing Huttons praises on another thread but I would agree with Cuellar. He just shaded it for the way he stood up and was counted in the 2nd half.
  11. Nope. I thought he was poor tonight. His antics in trying to influence the ref and a few other bits and pieces were poor as well. Moaning whinging froggy bar steward!!
  12. What a turnaround from 18 months ago. You could tell that Barca's tactics were for Henry to pull left as often as possible to try and stop him bombing forward. Henry getting subbed summed up his performance though...
  13. ... The best right back in Europe (at the moment). Stunning performance tonight. Stunning backs to the wall performance from the whole back four but Hutton the pick of the lot for me.
  14. Wouldn't like to get too cocky but - at home, providing we play to our strengths, and prevent Barca playing to theirs, we might have a chance...
  15. Saw this article earlier and wondered the same thing. Strange how he wasn't covering the biggest domestic fixture of the season so far...
  16. Yup, Fergie for me. He's in prime form this season. When he doesn't play well, invariably we (or Scotland) dont either.
  17. Agreed, I posted something similar in the other thread on this...
  18. The thing that is double standards it that they've given Dida a two match ban but done hee haw about Juninho. Juninho's blatant dive was not considered worthy of their review on the basis that it did not affect the outcome of the match. Neither did Dida's yet he gets the ban!?
  19. In fairness it's similar to the fines that we have had in the past so it seems fair enough. Also, it was a first offence for them albeit a particularly high profile one so I dont have any issues. If they received a massive fine it would go against the fines we and others have had.
  20. Congratulations Frankie!

    Dilemma

My potkettleometer just went into overdrive there. Gazza - yes I did enjoy myself. It was funny watching the tatty munchers get themselves all in a lather as one of their own puts a real dampener on a win over the European champions. Also, the drink consumed helped quite a lot. Was hob nobbing with Gordon Smith and Tom Boyd although I resisted Juffery's insistences that I ask Boyd what it was like to score for Brazil.

    Dilemma

Had a good night out. Had to survive a wee incident on the gallowgate walking towards the stadium where some wee wank was imploring me to join in his singing "If you hate the fucking rangers clap your hands" (et al). That was quickly forgotten though when I got to the stadium and got stuck in to the free bar!!!

    Dilemma

Just found out that it's a corporate tickets that I've got so I'll be with the Prawn sandwich brigade. I'll be representing my work so I'll need to be on best behaviour.

    Dilemma

Got a ticket for my first game of the season in the Champions League this week but I have a dilemma........... The Scottish team since they're playing in Europe (co-efficients and all being at stake) or AC Milan?

Speaking of the Celtic goalkeeping performance versus Hibs, captain Stephen McManus today revealed that Artur Boruc's new nickname is "Thrombosis" because he's a slow moving clot!!! TAXI!!!!!
