  1. This however does appear to conflict with most recent interviews that Murray granted at his Charlotte Sq bunker. I recall him being quoted as saying that they voluntarily handed over a dossier of information. This suggests various things to me: 1) They may therefore feel exposed in some way. 2) The dossier of information was a strategy to distract D&P from this exposure and to give the impression that they did nothing untoward by making this clear to the media, knowing they will report it. 3) The fact they had to be forced by a court to hand over additional documents suggests that points 1 and 2 could be true. The timing of Ally's words last night about seeking clarity over the diligence that led to Murray selling to Whyte also suggests to me where this is heading, I just hope all of this is not too late.
  2. Feral? You mean viral? Pedant Loyal
  3. Its clear that the SFA are not an organisation that can or should be negotiated with. In any case, whilst still in administration it is irrelevant as we cannot sign any new players. Admins have requested an "expedited" appeals process per their statement today so I would expect that if we are able to have the embargo reduced at all then it will be as a result of this process. Either that, or legal action from admins.
  4. Exactly. The man is an irrelevance and best ignored.
  5. Agreed. Lets focus on who is in it, rather than who isn't.
  6. Would be good if one or two VB posters could come on an give us some of their thoughts. Anyone seen Maineflyer recently?
  7. It takes courage to put differences aside for the benefit of a greater cause. I would ask everyone to think on that before having a go.
  8. Interesting that they are questioning the legality of the sanctions. Particularly that this is an impediment to the club's ability to trade out of administration, thus acting to impede officers of the Court. Your move, Regan.
  9. Well done to the VB's. In any crisis you have to hit rock bottom before you can start re-building properly. With no clarity on future ownership as yet, and with the FTT outcome not yet known, I suspect we have not yet reached the bottom. But with the fans truly united I feel more confident than ever that we will get through this dark dark period.
  10. The man is an irrelevance and thus should be ignored.
  11. Most sponsorship contracts are likely to have clauses which enable either party to exit should there be, for example, significant reputation damage caused as a result of the relationship. Also, the biggest contract the SFA have is with Sky and their much vaunted new ~£80m deal has not yet been signed according to Leggo. So making your feelings known to said sponsors is very much something that can have a major impact.
  12. Let's not jump to any conclusions yet. This is the sun after all.
  13. And i undestAnd that the demands are rumour but how could Whyte think he would be judged a fit and proper person to hold a lifetime non-exec director position when he's already been found to be the opposite of fit and proper by lord wotsit and true SFA?
  14. Our shares are suspended on PLUS, are they not?
  15. I am looking forward to Thompson giving a couple of big decisions our way and to us beating them for the third time this season.
  16. "Fuck sake guys (Paul Clark and David Whitehouse). Youse couldnae administer a plaster"
  17. To Gary Withey: "Could ye no have used the spellcheck Gary? Says here we don't do wanking away"
  18. "Is that an MG05 in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?"
  19. Was that a reply...?
  20. Ok, so its unconditional acceptance of the exclusivity fee, but the structure of the actual bid could be conditional?
  21. Not sure I follow you. Admins require unconditional bids which may be conditional?
  22. I get that and I agree - they have professional standards and ethics to uphold. However, this does not necessarily mean they are competent. And I would hold back on commenting on their competence until we know the end result.
  23. My reading is that none of the bidders have so far met the terms unconditionally because it is simply not sensical to do so. Why pay £0.5M for exclusivity when there is no real exclusivity to it? This, along with their dallying, appears to be why Ng has cried off. And when you consider the reported sums of money that each bidder is racking up with regards to professional advisors, why should any bidder be required to pay such a sum to prove they are serious?
  24. That is OTT and doesn't really make sense. Aided and abetted? Are you suggesting he is involved in some conspiracy to see us liquidated?
