If all that is true then we should send him back down the road...
-
After today's result I reckon they'll be omitting some of the material planned for the programme and replacing it with even more dearth.
-
Yeah...and a good one too. No doubt the mhanky readers will be wetting their shellsuits over it. Can we not have a Rhecord free forum on here? I know I don't have to read it if I don't want to...but have some sort of warning in place beforehand...like "if you don't want to know the results, look away now or leave the room". That National Paper is so out of touch with the People on the street and we don't need it to move forward.

Ha! No sympathy for those wankers! Why didn't they 'threaten' their board with non-attendance like they did when it came to the decision of Rangers remaining in the SPL? I don't pay much attention to the teams 'up there' and how they are all doing, but I'm finding myself rather obsessed and hopeful those bastards from Tayside plummet into the Championship and never return in my lifetime at the very least!

I really have to disagree with that mate, sorry! He doesn't bring anything to table based on what I've seen of him so far.... he's 18 and very overrated by some of our fans, just can't see the player at all, and certainly not the type of player required to get us out of Division 1, in saying that, we will go up but not because he's there.
-
Apart from the terrible error in awarding a penalty, he then went on to 'even up' the score by awarding us one. Now if he was 100% believing his first decision was bang on, then at what point did he realise his mistake? Was it during the half-time break? Must have been. Ref's should be banned from watching video replays until AFTER the game is over to stop them from trying to 'even up' their blunders. We are fuming at his boob, Falkirk fans would have been raging if we had scored from what can only be described as 'a cheating ref'!
-
...just for the record: Qos had 6 booked and got the red too. PS: All the cards shown came in the 2nd half, Tav and Kiernan were the 'Gers players who received yellow.

Seems to be a concern to their fans as well... http://www.hibs.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=427624

We will be able to sign 'the very best' within 'our budget' when we are guaranteed promotion this season, there is no-way we will get those players until that is confirmed. A win on Monday followed by a good run of results will have players at other clubs with ambition looking up here. It's a bugger but not right now!
-
Definitely past it's sell-by-date, will watch it only because there is effall on during the run-up to the 'Bells'? The bowl of hot broth is more of a distraction to me. Traditional things are treasured at that time of the year, but the Beeb are hopeless at it now.

I don't know his percentage successful passing rate is, nor his goal assists...I do know he hasn't scored for us though. Maybe something can be taken from these stats, maybe not Games in a Blue Shirt: Championship: Took no part in 3-1 win over St Mirren Took no part in 1-5 win at Alloa Took no part in 1-0 win over Hibs ...assuming because he wasn't on our books? Full 90 minutes - QoS 1-5 Rangers Raith at Ibrox: Played 61 minutes, relaced by Law at 3-0, game finished 5-0 Shiels replaced him after 75 mins at Rangers 2 Livi 0, final score 3-0 Played full 90 in 2-1 win over Dumbarton Went off after 62 minutes, replaced by Shiels at 3-0, final score 4-0 Took no part in 3-1 win v Falkirk Took no part in 2-1 win against QoS Subbed for Shiels on 61 with score St Mirren 0 Rangers 1. Final score Came on for Clark in the 58th min at 1-1, lost 1-2 Played full 90 mins in 4-0 win vs Alloa Played full 90 mins in 1-1 game agaist Livi Was subbed in Dumbarton game for Miller when leading 2-0 after 62 mins, game finished 4-0 Was replaced by Clark in the 61st min against Morton with scores at 1-1, game ended 2-2 Took no part in 1-2 defeat to Falkirk Petrofac Training Cup: Wasn't on the books in 2-6 win at Hibz and 0-2 win against Ayr Utd Took no part in 1-0 victory vs Livi Full 90 in 4-0 win against St Mirren Scottish League Cup: Rangers 3 - 0 Peterhead...not on books DEBUT: Played the full game Airdrie 0 Rangers 5 St Johnstone at Ibrox: Replaced by Law with 15 minutes left at 0-3, game ended 1-3 Personally think he's not really the type of player we need right now. -
Shite paper and an odd last line to finish off with. What is it supposed to mean?

I'm sure like many we won't be having this discussion after the Hibz game...I only say that in my belief that Warbs is a top guy and under his guidance will brush any opponent aside. Let's see if that is the case, let's bloody hope so. Should be a top game with everyone baying at the famous Hibeez, and them at us...bring it on! -

With respect...we hound them out the club and tell them never to darken our step again Seriously...If Mark Warburton wants to build a side capable of winning the SPFL with full backing from the board and the money it requires then GREAT! We are in the effing 2nd tier in Scotland and need to get out with SPFL players...sure we have the players to do that, but so we did last year, yet failed! I don't want the same to happen this year what happened last year under clouds of uncertainty...that uncertainty still exists for the life of me. Changes sure have been made at the top of the club, but the 'sluggishness' at field level has still to be recovered. -

Ian...they aren't doing it though? Yes they are skillful players sadly not up to what we see as players to help us. Vuckic last year definitely made a big difference, but Zelalem and Oduwa this season have been disappointing in my eyes. Law coming on last week and getting a response says it all for me mate. -

You apparently seem to think that loan players from epl clubs is the way forward...I don't for one minute. Rangers with their fanbase and finances will attract players who'll want to play for the club rather than guy's who've been told to play for us. Rangers attract 40,000 crowds every 2nd week? -

Going by what's going on atm we are not a 21st Century football team, far from it. 40,000 attendances every other week (more than most so called big clubs) and we are looking at loan players. I don't believe anything of worthwhile is available in the January window, but if we don't spend like a 21st Century club in the summer then I'd question where is our money going? -

Bearman replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
I'm not high up in how a football club should be run 'money wise'...all I know is Rangers are the richest club in Scotland due to their fanbase. I'm a little baffled as to why we can't spend money any more? Are we all kidding ourselves on? -
Poor innocent Kim....a lookalike Griffiths

I'd question the linesman or third official or assistant referee whatever he's called...it was his call and he either missed it or fell asleep.

Merry Xmas my arse...what a waste of the 25th of December!...wish the postman would stop sticking silly cards through the door my effin blue bin is almost full...couldn't get to the shops yesterday because of last minute shoppers, same happened the day before, today, through an almighty thirst, I eventually managed to shop for my 'carry oot' there were idiots dressed up in red suits and white beards the place was full of kids, done my head in, people decorating their dirty windows with flashing lights that distract you, neighbours saying hello to you as they pass you in the street, I just keep my head down and pretend I don't notice them. Christmas? Aaaarggghh! I'm sick of being Santa, so on Xmas day I'm doing this... Btw, Have a very merry christmas Gersnetters...
-
The ref was crap giving them a penalty in the 3rd minute when it was obvious to everyone the foul was outside the box...then trying to 'make up' for his howler by giving Rangers a penalty in injury time..he must have been looking for that opportunity for the whole of the second half? At least Rangers with all their dignity intact will not be calling for 'sackings' and causing 'ref strikes' and all that!

It is Plague vs Choleraup there ...

...and Milne added to his 'lets forget' comments that Rangers should come back "With The Right Attitude" To think this bloke is running a Scottish football club? -
Souness was 'hounded' out of Scottish football, he got sick of the whole thing, he brought success after probably the most barren years in our long history of cups and League titles, he was our GIRUY guy just when we needed it. I can never understand other bears hating him...I put it down to him signing Mo Johnston then dropping McCoist to make way for him. He also left a parting shot to all the haters: Sir Walter. I haven't seen the Souness on tv for some time, but if he's not the sharp man we have always known, then I can only wish him good health and a happy future.

Will be a good 'break' between Xmas and the new year to have a real meaningful game of football to watch that means something to us...Xmas presents thrown aside apart from the alcohol given...with more to come at the 'Bells'. 3 points gained...a 6 pointer actually.
