  1. If Winks has first team experience in the Europa League then he must be good.
  2. Yet another line official who made an arse of an easy job. Off topic...why do they have officials behind the bye line at the CL and EL matches? They don't anything other than confirm what the ref thinks!
  3. Seems Hibs can only beat Premiership sides now.
  4. I'm with Ian on this, watching Rangers this season has been an unexpected joy.
  5. Yeah I know mate, my comment should have included the two extra games against probably Raith (difficult task) and of course the money lost through finishing 3rd instead of 2nd. Didn't have time to add that in...
  6. The only difference will be who gets to play the 2nd leg at home...both clubs will want that.
  7. Stunning win by Falkirk , Stubbs will be more gutted than any of us and that thought cheers me up. Also a valuable lesson learned, that even with a 2 goal lead, it's not over 'til the obese female croons.
  8. A BRAVE young Rangers fan was treated to a dream tour at Murray Park today. And the youngster even got to hold a press conference alongside Gers boss Mark Warburton. Lee Welsh, 11, is battling cancer after being diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphona. But the young boxer became Warburton's special assistant for the day after spending an afternoon with his heroes at the club's training ground in Auchenhowie.
  9. He was a star amongst damp squibs and got tarnished with the same brush. GS hated him if I remember, could never understand why?
  10. I live some 4 miles from the breeze block arena and depending on which way the wind blows there is a waft of sh*te from that place. Curiously I've noticed even on a calm day the stench has got more noticeable since the draw for the Scottish Cup semi-final was made.
  11. I read the thread about Lafferty wanting to come back and all that and refrained from commenting on it. Now that it's calmed I'll admit reluctantly in case of debate that I'd have him back right now. Just my opinion btw.
  12. I'm sorry mate but he must be further south to Gattuso than even Ian Black.
  13. Bet you one million dollars no-one explains the 'better together' question and this thread disappears into oblivion!
  14. Tims chanting in favour of terrorist groups is not new...Salmond having a pint with them isn't news either unless you're part of a Rangers forum. Better together is a great thing if only the UK government were true to their word and actually explained why we are better together instead of abandoning us to the filth.
  15. Go on tell us, I'm stumped !
  16. We did want Hibs or Dundee Utd in the final, well we are getting it now A proper final if you ask me....Europe here we come!
  17. Highland clubs? Ach piss on them...Rangers are coming. I'm a traditionalist and welcome the 'real' chase.
  18. Any chance of a Gattuso type from these clubs?
  19. Jason and Barrie obviously know the importance of putting in a shift...these guys know about the 'pot of gold' which can be gained in the future...wish them well. Hey? What about the rest of you guys?
  20. Of course that is the case...and why I want Rangers not performing any u-turns. The game up here gets treated with contempt by the English BEEB anyway...add the Scottish BEEB having an agenda against the most popular club in the country and the bastards can reap what they sow. Tell the BEEB to sling their hook and see what ITV have to offer. Sunday night highlights are a joke too having w@nkers in drainpipe troosers with hands in pockets complimented with jumper and suit jacket while looking at a 60" screen with pause and play buttons to explain to us the obvious using magnifying technology to try see the foot touching the leg of an opponent. An excruciating programme.
  21. The product is being damaged mate, so yes I think it is a Rangers and as a whole, a Scottish football problem.
  22. Firstly...a 'big' well done to Ian for taking the time to push through his complaint on behalf of all true football fans. Surely the the football authorities in charge should be bringing this thing to the attention of London bosses and insist it must be resolved immediately, can Rangers not order them to take this issue on? If not then the club must act themselves. Rangers fans who pay the licence fee and cannot attend games for various reasons are being shamefully ignored. Utter disgrace! Stinks of bigotry and sectarianism undercover. I've said it before...Rangers FC must dig their heels in on this matter and stand by the McLaughlin decision as a final without any u-turn whatsoever!
  23. There will be lots more threads started before the game hits us, this is just one of them. I'm long in the tooth when it comes to Rangers vs Celtic, watched many a slaughter along with backs to the wall victories and several defeats in my time. Every defeat has been painful, every win joyous. Last year's encounter can be excluded because anybody could beat us never mind them. We have reached a stage where we are being judged against them, not since the late '60's has that ever been in doubt. Full house at Hampden with a real Rangers/Celtic game can only have one outcome in my mind. Looking forward to this game with the same optimism as bygone years before, cant wait for it, full of confidence. The thirst for this game will be quenched in victory. Super Rangers...No-one Likes Us.
  24. Carried away? I'll be gutted if we don't win at Hampden...even typing it doesn't seem right!
  25. I've never seen Tierney have no idea about the player, he might be a good defender for all I know, what I do know is that Wallace has shone this season, he's found heaven under MW - Attacking Leftback, Tav on the right is also enjoying his role on the other side. Strachan would love to select attacking full-backs but he can't because of the lack of ability all-round in Scotland. Edit: Scotland's National team has f*cked-up since I was in nappies...Strachan getting TWO shots to f*ck-up is just typical of those who are in charge of our game.
