  1. They are over there blaming the pitch for the Rogic penalty miss, saying it 'sprang up' under his standing foot.
  2. I think today proved only one thing.... We Are Simply The Best Team In Scotland! Bring On Europe! ...yeah I'm getting carried away now I know, but what a difference in 10 months, this team can only get better.
  3. The penalty shoot-out in full. (Not sure if this has already been posted, enjoy anyway)
  4. So proud today...when Tav missed his pen I thought that was it anyone can miss in such circumstances we move on, then they hit the bar and it was back on, MOTM Barrie just managed to squeeze his past Gordon, and when they scored next and Nicky Clarks effort was saved I reckoned it might not be our day afterall, the lego man was next and I had a vision flash over me of him doing his 'Brooney' act - haha...Wes pulls off a great save, Captain Fantastic puts his effort away and Griffiths does likewise, it's 'sudden death' now...Zalelam up next "Oh naw..., this guy cannae shoot" I remember thinking...bang! Easy 4-3 Rangers, next up, Lustig who makes it 4-4, heart in mouth but when I saw Nicky Law stroll up to take the thirteenth kick I was confident he would make no mistake...5-4. Up stepped Rogic....yeeeeessssssss, Rangers reach the Scottish Cup Final WATP!
  5. This was like watching Rangers vs Alloa or Dumbarton or Livingston ffs! A bus parked against us and getting hit on the break??? GIRUY :rfcbouncy::rfcbouncy::champs:
  6. It'd be great if Waggy played on Sunday, what a boost that would be throughout the team...I'd back him to score if he does start the match.
  7. So they introduced the 'hammer throwing' way back then which has been developed for well over 100 years.
  8. Forrester wasn't exactly on fire at Hampden, seemed to be slightly affected by the whole occasion, not himself imo. Would rather have him fit and in the squad, but Nicky Clark might just be the man to change a lot of opinions on here. Let's hope so.
  9. No, this is not about that part of their History...sweep sweep..this about the other part. The games in question were the two league fixtures of season 1949-50. Rangers had knocked them out of the League Cup in the sectional ties earlier and they just couldn't take anymore. For the record...they were instructed to play the games or face expulsion. Rangers won 4-0 and were held 1-1 in those matches...the title was secured by 1 point with Hibernian the runners-up....Those with the History finished in a commendable 5th place just two points behind East Fife.
  10. You should have photographed it then, that's just bull Mack. No need for these unfounded accusations...where I was everyone was just enjoying the occasion.
  11. Looking forward: Another year added to all our lives which means another year closer to death. Next year this time Rangers will be top of the league by 1 point, Celtic managed by Mr Popcorn will have an easy 3 points away to bottom club Aberdeen...but FAIL, meanwhile Rangers who have built up a great run hammer 3rd place Killie at Ibrox 6-1...sutton is on BT saying Killie lay down. Within 5 weeks Rangers have completed a memorable treble and Killie finish 2nd. Could happen
  12. The journey was never about winning the Challenge Cup..the journey was all about getting back to our rightful place , the journey is still ongoing, even when we hump them next week the journey still wont be complete. The journey, is a pain in arse.
  13. Whit are you on about? There were no toilets wrecked, no dope smoking...just a good free from persecution enjoyed by all. Someone was rotten right enough, almost put us all off....was it you? Embarrassed were you?
  14. Hope Killie win the play-offs leaving Hibs and DU to battle it out with Falkirk St Mirren and Raith Rovers for promotion next year.
  15. Best sing song ever was had in the bog at half-time...all political correctiveness was swept aside without a cop in sight. Tremendous!

    Petro Cup

I'll take this miserable trophy of course I will - but not at a cost!

    Petro Cup

Hopefully we can survive the brutality of the Peterhead players and move on unscathed to the bigger fish. Hope too that the ref selected protects the the true footballers on the park and doesn't go about breaking up play and brandishing cards willy nilly. Could turn out to be a scabby game that works in our favour or maybe not.

    Petro Cup

Peterhead will be desperate for this trophy, big day for them...we have to be careful on how we deal with it. Should be a tough test and hopefully no injuries incur because of it.

    Petro Cup

I'm sure our Management team and players will do their best to deliver this trophy...The Big One comes the week after though and we all know it.
  20. The Ronny Roar that's what is was, jings how fickle when you think about it...The Ronny Roar will go down in history like eh...like...can't think of anything. Suppose Roar has a connection with big crowds and because Ronny starts with R then....no that didn't quite work out either?

    Petro Cup

Not really wanting to degrade the Petro Cup. But this cup comp is a pain in the arse guys, ....oops I just did it! All along in our journey, the last thing I ever thought about was this stupid cup! What's it for? I've got a ticket for Hampden and will watch with delight seeing our players grace the pitch on Sunday and hopefully collect it, but next year it'll be completely forgotten about, lose or win. The Petro Cup...for the minnows. It's getting 'in the way' of a more important occasion.
  22. What ever happened to the Delia Cry or Shout or whatever the f@ck it was called? Wee foreigner Delia has got himself into trouble with a couple of League winning medals added to his his CV along with the ones he probably values more. His experience at the 'Club with History' will see him back where he belongs. Thrown out to start again.
  23. The tims will be looking forward to some big games next season, humped out of Europe twice is becoming boring, but Rangers humping them is traditional - it's what they feed on.
  24. Hate having to share a table with that lot again...such is the situation we find ourselves in, we will just have to get on with it. Wish we had gained entry to the English set-up. 55 is a must now. like yesterday.
  25. One of the greatest sides in Rangers long history (season 1963-64) fell foul to Puskas. Rangers battered Real Madrid in a European cup 1st leg game at Ibrox. One flash of genius 3 minutes from time nullified the almost constant pressure of the Scottish Champions. Rangers 0-1 Real Madrid. 2nd leg Google it.
