  1. The Scottish football authorities f*cked up with their pre-season planning, they've been getting away with it for years. 2008 was a different kettle of fish altogether...Rangers had a run in Europe which couldn't have been foreseen. If two Premiership clubs had made the SCF this year then no problem, if one from any of the other leagues made it then who cares? Afterall it's all about the Premiership going by the 'planning'. So happens (just as well, from a Rangers (and Hibs) point of view) that TWO clubs from the lower leagues reach the final with no interference from the Premiership at all except that one of them has no game for 3 weeks and the other has either 2, 4 or 6 games to negotiate...again this has nothing to do with the 'top' clubs, that's not 'their' problem deal with it. There's been a lot of nonsense scattered about 'sporting integrity' and all that, then those who are trusted to apply it come up with a fixtures list in July which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when Rangers and Hibernian are in the so called lower leagues. Time to sack the current 'guardians' of our game and recruit people with no conflicting interests whatsoever.
  2. Calscot...you failed to mention Ally's leadership in 2013/14 where he went unbeaten in the league whilst leading his side to the title...
  3. There are respectful decent football fans throughout the world and Scottish football fans are no different.
  4. As for Davie Provan...he was a bit of a nancy too wearing the hoops, I hated his style going to ground with the slightest touch...I love this clip where he tries to stop his counterpart (with far more skill in his wee toe than he could ever wish for) from taking a throw-in only to make him even more inventive with the ball. Watch Bud lick his thumb and point to bamboozle Provan in the 89th minute at the piggery.
  5. Celtic have struggled to match their one and only real great captain, he was there playing for their one and only great team! Poor Brooney
  6. It's a minutes applaud Craig...it goes without saying that every decent person attending the match with the knowledge of what it's for will show their appreciation for the wee guy. Everyone.
  7. Doesn't need to be steak, just edible food really. Greggs do a magnificent pie for less than half the price Ibrox sell theirs. Shouldn't really be comparing Ibrox pies to Greggs but I will....Gregg 5 Ibrox 0, on price and quality. Edit: Greggs 5 Ibrox -5 I should say.
  8. Are there a good proportion of moist fresh meat in these hospitality pies you speak of?
  9. There are still a few things to be addressed at Ibrox regarding upkeep of the Stadium and bloody court cases... My question is...are there any plans in place that the catering contract be torn up so as Bears get a decent pie to chomp on during season 2016/17? I can stomach coughing up £2.40 for a burnt dried pie when I'm starving, but not when I fancy a bite to eat.
  10. My effort.....728701493386354690 From Frankie 1. Select a tweet by clicking on the time it was posted (e.g. 19s, 19m, 19h, 19d). Done that 2. On the next page, from the location bar at the top of your browser please copy and paste the number within it. Yes, that too, hence long number at top 3. Insert the number between the [tweet] tags. This bit really doesn't help at all ...???
  11. Is Stubbs effin off? Haven't read that one?
  12. Not really a transfer rumour or anything...just watched John Terry get two yellows today and the general consensus is he's played his last game for Chelsea...anybody know if he's a close friend of Warb's?
  13. Must be Ian that phones me every day about PPI and free boilers...I hang up without a word in reply
  14. I stood for the whole game at Hampden at the Petro Final as did the whole section around us, I've thought for years now that you can't beat a nice (plastic) seat...but I was wrong.
  15. Ha! That's incredible?? I was about to post the exact same words...
  16. Accies 1-0 win coupled with Killie's 0-2 defeat today means the Rugby Park side await Falkirk or Hobos in the final Play-Offs. C'mon Killie!
  17. Exactly what I was thinking watching the video...
  18. Typical DR pish...they print his family are ALL Hearts fans and print that he was a Celtic fan and went to games to watch Larsson? Who took him? Utter pish! Why do they put this out on an unsuspecting public? What sort of person buys this pish?
  19. Unable to attend himself due to sickness, Stephen Thompson sent 'spies' to the Balmoor stadium tonight for the Championship play-off semi-final match between Peterhead and Ayr United to check out potential opponents for next season. Ayr Utd won the match 4-1. It is believed Thompson was even more sick when he learned of the result.
  20. Had a peek a Aluko's wiki page...scored 12 goals in 21 during 2011-12 for us...seemed to enjoy it here after his time with the sheep, it's all down to MW at the end of the day and whoever he moves for that'll do me. Edit: We play a passing game with no dribblers...would like to see a player who can ghost pass a couple of men then make the pass. Aluko was good at that.
  21. Sone Aluko is in there for 1.8M...I wouldn't mind seeing him back again, done very well in his short time with us if I remember correctly...maybe 1.8M might be a bit of a stretch right enough.
  22. Dundee, by default took our place so creating an exciting 'Dundee Derby' for the spl once again...Karma struck that it was Dundee their great rivals who put them down for us to take their place at the top table. Well done Dundee!
  23. Me too...Why has there never been an investigation on the goings at the scum - hut?
  24. Then there was that Hun Scum banner a couple of weeks ago which was swept under the carpet and all the years since '71 where their support use a minutes silence to disrespect the 66 who died. Then there's McLauchlin at the BBC reporting 4 arrests for sectarian singing after a 6-2 Rangers win against a fancied Hibernian.
