Bluebear54's GPL 2016/17: Rangers v Partick Thistle
Bearman replied to BEARGER's topic in Rangers Chat
4-0 Rangers fgs Miller, Rousseau, Garner on bench so changed fgs. -
What is a football vandal? Why do they behave in such a way? Is the football vandal someone who behaves the same way in everyday life ? I don't think so. A crazed crowd wrecking the breeze block is far from anything to do with normal life. I'd imagine it's quite easy to get involved in the idea of smashing up a football ground toilet, especially at that place if feelings are at boiling point. I wouldn't get involved in such acts but the young guys today probably see no reasons not to, I'd say to them don't do it, it's harming the club. More so than ever given the way things are reported in Scotland today.

Yeah, me too thinking that now! When it comes to the shares stuff and folk buying this and folk selling that you always try to look at it as a positive. After years of grief and torment on the 'business' side of things involving the club you hope something enlightening comes your way, but without identities it becomes a worry that more 'sharks' could well be circling the Sea of Ibrox so to speak. As I say...When it comes to the shares stuff and folk buying this and folk selling that you always try to focus on it as a positive.

Big Sam's in trouble...again

I was on a public transport bus today (yawn) because the car is in for it's annual MOT test...read some of the 'Metro' free to all paper on the way home and it says Scotland could benefit from it in their quest for World Cup qualification! I know Big Sam is away...are all their players away too? You'd think it reading the article, they even had a picture of the inscrutable wee ginger (going grey) sitting with a big smile along some kids! Anything can happen in football of course, but to make that happen we would have a better chance if we changed our manager instead of them changing theirs! -
I just wish Rangers fans would stop wrecking toilets and ripping up seats and throwing them at the opposition fans. If you are angry at what's going on in Scottish football don't do that in response, because you are harming our argument about what's really going on here.

The 'know your place H*n Scum' banner must be accurate! Think I'll immigrate now!

It's an awful position to be in when an ex-player like Hugh Burns (who wasn't exactly top drawer) is saying we are unlucky, could be his opinion is based on how lucky he was in wearing the Jersey. Luck lucky same thing. People like Burns can dress everything up as they like, but of course We the People don't buy crappy scum newspapers and can make our own minds up for ourselves. Hugh Burns has taken a pocket size and has reached far less levels than he ever achieved as a Rangers player. The media in this country always seem to find some obscure player from us who is willing to toe the party line and say what appeases them. As you have already noticed...I don't understand why any ex-player would want to talk to the scum that is our media today, never mind the DR.

If you were Mark Warburton an Englishman coming to Scotland carrying out a job and were subject to vile hatred and sectarian chants would you empty your desk and go back to England? A sad Orange B*stard was aimed at him at Cesspit Park. If you were Mark Warburton and 'crazy Scots' were spreading on social media where you were staying in Aberdeen before a match would you put your jacket on and say that's it? If you were Mark Warburton and on the morning of the match you found the team bus scrawled with references to 66 people who died at a game in 1971 being mocked would you say enough of this? If you were Mark Warburton what would you think of Scottish society today? I'm an Englishman who was brought to Scotland by my parents at 4 years of age and now wish they hadn't done so. If I was Mark Warburton I'd stick to the task...but I'm not Mark Warburton. I fear we will lose him.

Sorted that for you Scott.

Sasa Papac: A PLG signing... won eight trophies in 5 years with us (3 PL 2 SC 3 LC) and played an important role in Rangers reaching the UEFA Cup Final in 2008.

Walker mentioned on Sky (around the 12th minute) that fans were throwing 'missiles' at each other and it was terrible. On the subject of Sky and the way they (commentators) like to report during Rangers games: When Rangers were on live TV at grounds like Bayview, Station Park, Shielfield Park etc..they were always apologising for the 'language'...today at Pissodrie there was effing and blinding from sheep fans which weren't apologised for! Now I'm no shrinking violet so effing and blinding on my TV doesn't bother me, what does though is guys on my TV apologising for when it's Rangers fans and not bothering their arse when it's others! Something that really did bother me today coming through my TV was the chants of "H*n H*n H*n H*n H*n " when Barrie was taking a corner in the 2nd half, and it really got up my goat when the Sky guys chose NOT to apologise for that?

With full support from our trusted media of course.

Maybe he was talking about this one...
-
Me too...I thought maybe there was a CF 1 at Pittodrie and that's what he meant.

I was thinking that too when watching our play...when we hit a brick wall our cut backs are begging to be skelped, but we seem to revert to trying to pass the ball past a big parked bus. Never mind Ferguson and Albertz, Halliday and Holt could try it - of course, they could be under instruction not to wallop from that distance as a block could rebound up to the half-way line and cause major problems for our defence. I'd like to see at least one of our players have a pot when the ball gets played back to the 25/30 yard mark.

Every team in this crap league - bar th*m - have won less than half their games? I've no worries about finishing in a Euro spot come May. All will come good, of that I'm sure about.
-
We have lost this game not because of poor defending...but by a very very poor refereeing decision.
-
Joe Garner is so...so disappointing.
-
Happy with the way are playing, Aberdeen are pretty ordinary and haven't showed any threat at all.
-
...and here's me trying to teach you something you already know! Thanks for that mate, as I said previously, 'you learn something new every day' (especially on here) very much appreciated. BTW, I could show you how to turn old crisp packets into real money without detection...but you probably know it already.

Don't know who it was but it's very poor journalism. Q: You came up here last year in a wave of good vibes...and everything went so well...and it's changed so quickly? When MW explained we are now in the top flight, his next barb was about Joey Barton? These obsessed (unts just can't behave themselves!
