If it is this Portuguese fella who takes over the most desirable job in Scottish football, it would be a joy as if by his fathers command that he boots a couple of those Scottish mhedia baw bags right in the nuts as he makes his way from the airport to Ibrox!

I'd like to see Joe Dodoo given a shot for once...his record is very impressive when called on. Why Murty declined from 'shaking it up' when taking over the reins tells us all something about 'instruction' from upstairs. I'm pretty sure the new manager when he comes in and looks at ability up front - Dodoo will walk into the side. Next season will see massive changes to the squad, I'm confident Dodoo will still be here though...in an important capacity. I really like this player and can see greater things ahead for him.

Tommy Gemmell was from an era when he could 'pally' with his 'Old Firm' rivals, many players from the divide didn't have a problem with it, unlike today. Willie Henderson would on many occasion rip him inside out and wind him up after doing it, Gemmell would if required kick the utter shit out of him when he timed it perfectly...however, the respect they had for each other off the field was outstanding. Captains of the Old Firm back then for example John Greig and McNeil although not the best of pals off the field had nothing but total respect for each other...look at how Broonaldo behaved at last seasons Scottish Cup S-F pre kick-off! I suppose hatred for Rangers makes it okay for Brown to behave in that way, but Tommy Gemmell was not just a special player back then, like most in the game in those days he had a professional respect for the opposition too. RIP Tommy Gemmell.

On the subject of the term 'Old Firm', I don't have a problem with it, I still say it to folks in discussion and probably will til the day I die! PS: Maybe not on the actual day mind.

Hibs fan Dale Pryde admits trying to punch Lee Wallace

Yeah..., right from the off the mhedia in Scotland to a man battened down the hatches when the disgraceful scenes enfolded in front of us that day. "In what way shall we report this guys?" "Blame THEM!" came the order! It was Rangers fans fault for the simple easy reason...RANGERS! The most HATED sporting institution in SCOTLAND! -
English championship and League one players I'm fed up with...they play there for a reason and that's why Warburton brought them to us. I'd like an Eastern European coach in place, with bags of knowledge of players from that part of the world. I'd have those types before Brazilians tbf.

Take the Rangers related photo's out and the headline is appropriate to the paper itself.

That is exactly how I saw it Pete, was angry about him doing that...then got sent off for a stupid assault on a guy way over at the dug-outs. Need to bin this player until his contract runs out.

Even crap teams can produce a good result now and again...we are long due one! Maybe tonight's the night! 3-0 Rangers...now to find that prediction thread.

Amazing thread this? Interesting information of late. Maybe admin can change the 'title' to...Well WHAT next"

Scariest? Most of the current Rangers squad would say Hampden Park at 4:53 pm 21st May 2016.

He's done it twice again! (so far...)

Okay...! I'm going to take a punt on who this 'helper' is.... Stevie Wonder ? -
Most of the time I don't read or listen to the media up here...however after MW left the building the media were clamouring for McLeish to be appointed immediately by the board sooner rather than later...sometimes they can actually make a good call! Why Murty is in there with the background he boasts is simply astonishing. McLeish, although not everyone's cup of tea, has to be a better option than Murty for the interim post?

Roger Hynd who was a bit player for us who famously played up front in a European Cup Final and ended up getting himself noted for missing a glaring chance of glory. In those days Rangers fans were top of the world and as usual expected success...we were very used to it regardless of what was going on over the other side of the river. Roger was thrown into that Cup Final to make a miracle...unfortunately it didn't work out for us. A true blue in every sense...RIP Roger.

The investigation into paedophilia going on in Scottish football appears to keep well away from where we all know fine well the source of this heinous crime. It's no secret Catholics are embroiled in this type of thing yet silence of it prevails. Don't ever vote for independence for Scotland, it's a vote that will cover up forever the truth.

Lee Hodson can play both full back positions...Hope Murty is up to speed.
