    He'd be the right guy for us regardless of his history. He can march into Ibrox and cause dressing room mayhem for all I care, he can piss off as many players as he likes, and he can also improve his cv since the 90's regarding success as a manager. Why would he bother giving up his cushy job with Sky for us? Why would he bother with all the negativity associated with Rangers? Why did he bother first time?

    The EGM in our favour might be enough for us to compete in the Premiership next season providing the club as a whole gets a boost from the result and actually make it to promotion. An EGM that doesn't deliver means doom and gloom for more years I fear.

    Yep, couldn't agree more. Barry gave me a sense of joy and triumph as a fan during his time as player and as captain, where he collected 15 winners medals. Banning him would be shameful at the very least.

    The Rangers Supporters Trust (RST) will have representatives at the Louden Tavern Ibrox from 4pm on Friday 13th February up until kick-off, and if necessary beyond, to help Rangers shareholders with proxying their vote ahead of the upcoming EGM. We will provide help and assistance, answer any questions people have and take receipt of proxy forms. Please bring all your shareholder documents with you including your proxy card and attendance card - these should have been received via post already or will arrive over the next day or so. Please do not fill in the card until you arrive on the day unless you are sure of how to do so.
