Rangers fans sign up to repair crumbling Ibrox Stadium...

Maybe Ian Black could muck in on his half days. -
I wouldn't want Ally to come back that's for sure, but if Walter was to come out and say "I'll take over only until we get promotion then hand over the reins to the new man" - I'd be happy with that.

Magath has a great CV winning this and that in Germany, but sure as night turns to day he is not the man for us. He'd last a couple months with the media all over him like Vogts...Hope we don't get him anywhere near Ibrox. We'll end up with David Weir.

Sorry Zap, let myself down again.

It's all good and well these guys are coming out for the glory of Rangers. Where the f*** were they when the shit hit the fan? Anyway, we have them now and shouldn't complain.

Anchorman has history of being a loose cannon, just my opinion btw.

Just a bit of light relief and some fun... What is John saying to his players going into extra-time? My contribution. "Forfuxsake! We only have one cup left!

CELTIC striker John Guidetti has come under fire after appearing on Dutch TV singing "the h*** are deid". Rangers Supporters Trust commented: "Celtic player laughing & singing about the 'H**s being deid'. Imagine a Rangers player used the word 'F****n'?" http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/u/celtic-player-guidetti-under-fire-for-singing-offensive-song-on-tv.1425836658

Something happened in mid November, a drastic turn of events that killed our season - results wise. Our first 20 games up to then included 2 defeats (Hearts,Hibs) and a draw at Alloa, the other 17 were won, the last 6 with clean sheets, 54 goals were scored. Since then our record is played 16 won 6 drawn 3 lost 7, 16 goals scored. What happened?

I had the honour of shaking John's hand way back in the day, I hope to do so again soon. Wonderful news.

Absolutely delighted on reading this news... we have our club back!
-
That comes across as a slight that we aren't good enough right now, the SFA can do all they want to destroy us I'll have to hold my hands up just now and hope that we gain promotion and make our statements in the Premiership next season.
-
Which is unacceptable imo, but let us all turn up on Tuesday oblivions again.
-
Which makes me think our board aren't wanting to take that risk bud
-
You quoted me mate without reading it properly, go back and see my second sentence in that paragraph and maybe you'll settle down a little.
-
No not at all, it was on here.
-
Oh dear No the reason they brought him in was to PARK the bus in order to grab some points

To clarify my above post...what I'm saying is, if we get battered next year in the top league in the first quarter of games (which could happen) then the fans would leave in droves and turmoil would prevail, then again we could surge to the top like Hamilton Accies did this season after going up. There is a risk going up this season, and I fear the board would prefer not to take that risk. Just a bears opinion.
-
There was talk of the new board possibly having 'their man' for the job pre-egm. I would never blame them for that not being the case considering the circumstances. The situation regarding the current manager will now be more obvious as they sift through all that is wrong inside the club, and as a matter of urgency we need to bring someone else in. I suspect our new board are not looking at that as being a priority and would prefer to take us forward next season from this league rather than from the top league. A bit cowardly if that was indeed their thinking.

Haha it's only imbeciles like the general public who hate that paper

I think it's a disgrace that there isn't a Match Preview on Gersnet this week. Can't see why it's been 'thrown oot the windae'
