  1. Also...the current board are keeping their cards close , just when we are crying out for some kind of outlet and boost, especially after the last few years. A couple of statements here and there would help. I will stand to attention until my bones get sore.
  2. ...if McCoist was still here I believe we'd be 10 points better off than now. Just an observation.
  3. In the meantime, I'll blether away to myself. Anyone on here think Stu has the 'Magic Wand Touch' to get us up?
  4. McCall has a lot on his hands regards sorting out the football team, and he's doing fine so far as I can see. There are a couple of positives . Walsh and Clark. Bell recovering from injury will also help in team selection. Murdoch was there before McCall came in and that will work out well for us because there's no pressure on the player or the manager. Still a long way to go regarding the dead wood.
  5. We were doing ok results wise up until mid November where we were only 6 points behind Hearts, 10 in front of Hibs and 16 ahead of Falkirk. My guess is Ally told his pals (all his assistants and most of the squad) in confidence during this time that he was planning to hand in his notice (although we had to wait another few weeks for that). The players downed tools, and never recovered from losing Super PAlly.
  6. My feeling is this, if we had played the young guys in divs 4 & 3 the better ones would have been sold off by the old board just like they did with Lewis. Andy Murdoch and Tom Walsh would have been gone by now I reckon.
  7. McCall confident he can turn Rangers' results around From SSN. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/9766320/mccall-confident-he-can-turn-rangers-results-around?
  8. I was hoping to achieve 4th place at least (CL spot ) when I entered this...not even going to make the top ten
  9. There will be more of the hooped fans than Gers supporters who'll watch that...glad I didn't waste my time.
  10. Can't understand why young enthusiastic players are not played in their best position. Seems crazy.
  11. A keeper confident in his defence yes.
  12. I don't agree Rab, GK is a specialist position and Bell is the best No 1 on the books, I just don't rate any of the others.
  13. Exactly Pete. Most of the world's best goalkeepers would have been beaten by the first goal, low down close to the post (if not, it would be classed as an excellent save) as for the second goal, the striker lifted it over Bell, see that type of goal a lot. Bell had to come out, wasn't too long ago we were slaughtering Simonsen for not coming off his line.
  14. He's our No 1 and needs to play for us. McCall knows this.
  15. The last player I'd have a go at would be the keeper, just because Stu picked him. He needs game time as we approach the play-offs. So many others on the park have deservedly been highlighted.
  16. McCall was very definite on tv over his surprise at this development, or so it seemed.
  17. McCall has boobed one week in by keeping McCulloch in.
  18. Man City look very disjointed and uninterested all of a sudden, is there a fall-out among the players? Looks like it. Barca will put 5 past them I think. Man U looked good today and showed signs of finally getting it right, but that Spurs side simply didn't turn up.
  19. Anyone wishing to get involved in the project still can: They now have a facebook page, you can mail them and ask for contact details etc. https://www.facebook.com/IbroxRefurb?fref=ts
  20. Our current board are happy to ride the waves, god help us when the storm comes. Not condemning the board as such, just demanding what every fan expects. Board members should always be under scrutiny, we deserve better. No slacking, means backing.
  21. Chris Graham had a fantastic opportunity in front of him sadly twitter was his downfall. You know something? If it wasn't for him engaging in today's 'hip' he'd still be here. Twitter is for twatters (is that a word?)
  22. It becomes a no discussion when posters use the 'it was our own fans' excuse.
  23. Tweeting is a deadly weapon against the tweeter... Don't tweet is my advice.
