People who don't agree would come round if he did well. If he didn't do well, everyone would agree to get rid. Just a matter of time
-
My immediate thought was similar but on reflection, on a bosman it makes sense. Scottish reared player for UEFA competition and more liable to be fit than Souttar. Pantomime villan who needs to mature but could be shaped into a very useful player.

Tillman might become a player but if we have limited funds available do we risk it on a project ? For me, he needs to show progressively more from here until decision time.

Gonzo is correct. I will correct them, sorry.

I don't understand your question

That is because C1872 are no longer credible. Their executive decided to go down that path. Rangers fans and constructive politics don't mix. It tends to be gullibility or the need for conflict with other Rangers fans (group). Makes it easy for 3rd parties to take advantage. In this case, Dave King. If anyone thinks we have learnt lessons from the years around 2012, think again.

Don't know the exact number but anything more than 250K is too much. edit Naw, wouldn't pay a penny for him (fee or wage) Not a player who adds much at all. -

James Sands is a player we should never spend millions on. -

Yilmaz offers a smidgen of optimism. Should get a run in the team. Second is Alex Lowry (offers hope) on the bench. -
To be fair, his concentration was probably a bit off for that chance just before HT. He'd have been thinking about his HT beefy bake and bottle of Irn Bru.

After games, it is always the line that..... we know this is shite but we'll look to do better next time. Next time comes and it is the same again and again, and again....... Connor Goldson's brace at Parkheid on the 19th of October 2020 was what started the implosion on the other side of the city. They'd won a fair few games up until that point but the signs were there for what was coming. Drop points against Aberdeen and we would very much be taking the same path.

As I said in an earlier post, it has quickly become a #fcuking mess ....at all levels. No-one is currently smelling of roses AGM should be fun 🙄

Most of any movement will come in the summer and we'll be stuck with the majority up until that point. I wouldn't be surprised if the board are hoping they can maintain GVB in position until closer to the summer/ ST renewal time. Obviously, results will determine if they can. Summer would be the ideal time for a new manager to overhaul the squad. I hope we've got some decent Bosmans listed to speak to in a few weeks because I can't see much of a net spend on transfer fees. AGM is looking like it might be a bit stormy. A positive from last night was that Alex Lowry was on the bench. Huge pressure on a young man, but we could do with him making the creative difference in the domestic game.

DK, in good part, will have influenced the C1872 declaration so as to put the RIFC board in a no-win situation, for his own ends. C1872 : A dishonest broker that is ripping the pish out of it's members.

Predictable 90 minutes. - Napoli fast start - 2up by HT - subs on and they coast With them coasting I thought we might score a goal, but given the level of sitter that Morelos is capable of, that was optimistic. If we could recoup the fee we paid for Morelos in January, we should get rid, he is now a waste of a wage. It'll need to be a really desperate club though, so we're probably stuck with him until the summer. Wouldn't sanction a new deal for him even if he asked for only a half of his current wage, he is toxic.

GPL Predictions Bluebear54's GPL 2022/23: Napoli vs Rangers

Napoli 3 Rangers 1 Tav -
I can't agree. RIFC should treat them as they deserve to be treated. The thing is though, King would welcome such friction/conflict. King doesn't give a dam about C1872, he is using them for his own ends.
-
Napoli resting their Georgian winger is a start. Interesting line-up from us. I'm starting to think this won't be as bad as than we were thinking it was going to be.
-
Yes, it does is the simple answer. Their members are getting a raw deal from the decisions of the executive. The platform that could have been used to put forward legitimate questions of the RIFC board has effectively been rendered not fit for purpose. To put it bluntly, King is playing a cnuts game.

Morelos has prepared by eating a tray of Beefy Bakes.

Miami investor still keen to buy stake in Rangers
buster. replied to Uilleam's topic in Rangers Chat
That would depend on the view and intentions of any new investor. -
Criticism from C1872 when they are, in good part, having their strings pulled by DK loses legitimacy.

The Family Protection Programme is a non-issue for the club but the new UEFA sustainability regulations (new version of FFP) certainly are an issue. -
I know that the odds on a defeat are short (not as short as the general mood on here) but whilst there is hope, we have to go with a positive attitude. Mostly defend but look to counter where possible. Just sometimes, you might get a break. Penalty award with a Napoli red card would be good. edit (odds) Rangers 10/1 to win tonight Napoli 2/9 Draw 11/2 Man City 1/9 to win next league game against 7th placed Fulham.

King lost more than a decent wedge in 2012. We'll always be thankful for what he did in 2014/15. He's entitled to try and sell his shares for whatever reason. However, you'd hope he wouldn't sell them to dubious parties with less than good intentions towards the club and you'd expect him to respect a fans shareholding group, rather than capture it for his own ends. It seems as the initial intention was to sell the shares to C1872 but retain the influence. Like several other times (Rangers v S.D.I, Dave King v SA Taxman), he has misjudged and is on plan B o r C.
