  1. You are full of disingenuous and dishonest deflection and don't deserve to be engaged with.
  2. Would anything be a surprise ?
  3. Are you saying that the recent Open Offer of up to 19,864,918 New Ordinary Shares was offered using mythical, made-up figures ?
  4. Maybe they will have learnt from the mistakes of other individuals as to how information should be released properly and without making a fool of yourself.
  5. It is you who is getting confused or trying to confuse. The 2.72M figure was an updated number within an unaudited cash balance of £4.258 million at 30 June 2014. See link in my previous post.
  6. This is the second time you have used the figure of 2.7M in your two posts on this thread. The first time I saw this number was on the 29th of August this year, when our incompetent, potless and Charles Green friendly ex-NOMAD published a regulatory notice, "Correction of Open Offer". "The Company had an unaudited cash balance of £4.258 million at 30 June 2014. Included in this unaudited cash balance is £2.72 million relating to Rangers Retail Limited, which is not immediately available as working capital to the Group as a whole." http://rangers.g3dhosting.com/regulatory_news_article/388 Just to be clear, that 2.72M related to Rangers Retail Ltd.,............ not TRFC. ie. profits that should be divided between Sports Direct and TRFC. Is "allegedly" required as it clearly said that at the end of June 2014, none of that money was available as working capital to the group as a whole ? -------------------------------------------------------------- Regards your second point. Bluedell just posted above "........ It could be that our share of the profits is only £590K but we can't tell for sure unless we see the detailed agreement, which would never be released to us on commercial grounds."
  7. Only language they understand is CASH. I will be buying NO 'official' merchandise this Christmas. ---------------------------------- Things have changed. I used to remember a jacketed fatman from the North who would come with his sackful of gifts and kindly leave them in exchange for a can of McEwans Export and a couple of digestive biscuits for the reindeer. There now seems to be a bare chested fatman from the South who intends to come and fill his sack with cash and take it away. Doubtless he'll want more than digestives for his Leach and biased Lamb.
  8. Well they certainly look to be taking on a 'challanging client' (RIFC), that could be used to show such a positive change was underway, rather than just talk about intentions.
  9. In effect, you are paying varying rates of what could be termed a sp.iv tax when you spend money on the club. Via merchandise, the term could be modified to a 'Shark Tax' in as much as it describes better who is at the root of it and the Great White bitesize percentage taken.
  10. You don't have to buy it but still feel the need to come on and bitch You are free to keep your money or buy from Big Mike's one-sided retail operation.
  11. Look's Good.............
  12. I heard that the counter offer from one 'relevant' gentleman was 26p, which if true was pretty near the mark regards real value.
  13. QotS will fancy their chances of putting out St.Johnstone.
  14. Butter is being spread ever more thinner in Scottish football. In the absence of significant broadcast and commercial income, match-day revenue is vital. When that starts dipping below certain numbers, it has consequences. Tendency will be towards community clubs and some having to go part-time.
  15. Cup games mean you have to offer a certain amount of tickets to the opposition, so yes Celtic will have occupied at least one end. Hearts crowds have the base of High ST sales which doesn't apply to the Cup. Many of their supporters will also be paying a direct debit towards the ownership scheme. Focus throughout the club appears to be very much on the league.
  16. Not via a quick google search but on 20th December 2008 there were two unrelated stories included on the link supplied below. - WH Ireland is considering a possible offer for Blue Oar - Owners of Newcaste United and West Ham are looking to offload the clubs http://citywire.co.uk/money/saturday-papers-wh-ireland-considering-a-white-knight-offer-for-blue-oar-bid-news-and-gossip/a324285
  17. Quite a few links between Hoodless Brennen and WH Ireland. eg. People who worked at and/or were office bearers. Note Hoodless Brennen corporate finance operations (Imran Ahmad was there) were spun off and became known as Allenby Capital (80% owned at start by Imran Ahmad) It's a small world, that of the sp.ivs. Sub-world: Manchester
  18. Couple of links from FF Verdes Management – The questions for WH Ireland
Verdes is a tin pot company rapidly running out of cash. The big questions are for WH Ireland, its nominated adviser (Nomad) and broker. The questions go the heart of who misled investors and the failure of the regulatory system on the Cesspit AIM market. Full article http://www.shareprophets.com/views/306 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ".......... It is not as if sleepy Nomad (step forward John Wakefield at WH Ireland) gave a damn – he told Pittards that there was no need to bother shareholders with news of this rumble in the jungle............" http://tomwinnifrith.com/articles/4312/aim-cesspit-pittards-the-shocking-news-it-did-not-tell-you-before-christmas
  19. 29/02/12..........(Two weeks post going into administration) WH IRELAND SNAPS UP PRITCHARD ASSETS "Manchester-based WH Ireland has acquired certain assets from Pritchard Stockbrokers, a company which was banned from trading by the financial regulator earlier this month. The acquired assets include about 8,000 active private clients and the non-cash assets under management relating to those clients, valued at approximately £400m.............." ............"Former Glasgow Rangers chairman Craig Whyte stepped down as company secretary at Pritchard Stockbrokers last week. His main investment vehicle, Liberty Capital, invested £250,000 in the company." Full article http://www.insidermedia.com/insider/north-west/66832-wh-ireland-snaps-pritchard-assets/
  20. Keith Jackson on Twitter "Rangers new Nomad i understand will be WH Ireland." PLC website http://wh-ireland.co.uk/wh-ireland ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Green and Whyte Leach Ireland Someone somewhere is taking the p**h If you don't laugh, you'd cry......
  21. If you look at numbers coming throught the gate for the likes of Kilmarnock, Motherwell, St.Mirren etc., it's only going to get more difficult for them. The only way of having relative success is to have an exceptional youth system, a functioning but modest footballing infrastructure and a better than average manager who knows how to graduate and get the best out of young players. eg. Hamilton Accies. I think that in the coming years, a real gap could start to open between the bigger city teams and the smaller provincial.
  22. Three things 1. The repetitive message of Ally's continuing dialogue and meetings with various CEO's or similar, that never seem to result in him actually knowing any detail, just vague soundbites. ie. Ususal pattern still in progress, a red flag. 2. That Derek Llambias (MASH, 8.92%), would seem to be where decisions will be taken, another red flag (SFA ?) 3. That DL would seem to be in an 'acting' CEO role at present, another red flag.
  23. "They're Coming to Take me Away" .
  24. You do what you want but giving it the Violin Spin Concertino in won't cut ice with many and IMO, rightly so. You could title your post........... "Keep on bending over, you get used to it after a while"
  25. Dundee United seem to have a magnetic hold on Rangers in Scottish Cup draws in recent years. Could do with avoiding them this year. Falkirk are the other team that we are often paired with and I'd be happy with the Bairns. 2009 LC: Falkirk (N) 3-0 W SC: Falkirk (N) 1-0 W 2010 SC: Dundee Utd (H) 3-3 D SC: Dundee Utd (A) 1-0 L 2011 LC: Falkirk (A) 3-2 L 2012 SC: Dundee Utd (H) 0-2 L CC: Falkirk (A) 0-1 W LC: Falkirk (H) 3-0 W 2013 SC: Dundee Utd (A) 3-0 L 2014 SC: Falkirk (A) 0-2 W LC: Falkirk (A) 1-3 W SC: Dundee Utd (N*) 1-3 L * semi-final played at a 'neutral' Ibrox.
