If we are truthful with ourselves, our current motto is out of date given recent years and is like a cruel ironic joke.- 115 replies

We haven't got equal force in the fight he'd prefer. The only way to beat him is to ignore him and not spend a pound (he tends to get a lot for a pound) Let him keep the badges, we'll get a new one. Further down the line, there might be an opportunity to buy some stuff back.- 115 replies

I think Ashely already has it sown up. The only way we have to 'negotiate' with him is to not give him a penny and let him get on with an empty stadium. The Rangers I knew has already died. Why put money into a venture you know has got a high sp.iv tax creaming revenue streams and the only ambition is corporate, in the beneficial interests of Sports Direct and assorted hangers-on ?- 115 replies

There is no good option left for what is RIFC/TRFC Status quo is soulless austere mediocrity of Sports Direct FC leading to no-where or a slow death. I'd rather see a New Rangers built on a secure base and build from there in an honest and ambitious way. We'd eventually pass what is RIFC on their way down.

The divisionary tactics work well but I think the vast majority aren't in that camp where the naked hatred resides. That is a small but loud group, we would do well to ignore them. The middle of the road fans who are not of the UoF/SoS nor what could be termed their 'loud opposition' looked at the situation back in the summer and the ST renewal numbers showed how they viewed the actual situation at the club, rather than fan politics.

The script will stay broadly similar for the 'unconditionals' and 'serial misjudgers' of executive management. It's about groupthink and emotionally investing in a particular strand so deeply that you can't let go, no matter what happens. It overrides rational analysis and bypasses common sense.

Derek Llambias: Undesirable Connections and an Uncertain Future

I obviously agree regards Stockbridge. I think the fact an explanation wasn't given was probably just par for the course but in this particular case, there was an absence of work or presence of 'Keith Bishop Associates' and we continued to get fed by the Jack Irvine show. eg. see regulatory notices, KBA never appear. It also involved a party with close ties to receivers of 'onerous contracts' from the beginning. It stinks and the smell remains. -
I think an increasing amount have left and others are for leaving the building.

Appointment of Chief Executive Officer = no surprise!

Not really, it's humour and it's contextual. -
Timboland are having problems standing up straight for laughing.

Reading between the lines, I don't think it was. It may have been in terms of clarification or answers and perhaps to a degree a wasted opportunity regards the wording of questions, difficult to say via twitter. However, this board have laid very bare their contempt for the support and in some of their non-answers, help to justify speculation about the onerous and more. The other thing to take from it, is their brazen refusal to shoulder blame and point the finger everywhere else. #ripping the p**h & inciting a riot #Its not our fault, we are only executive management

Grant Russell @STVGrant · 21 s Hace 21 segundos End of meeting. One fan having to be physically restrained by stewards as he attempts to get at board
-
Grant Russell @STVGrant · 5 min Hace 5 minutos Sandy Easdale: "Right, settle down. I don't need to answer your question but I will." Mr Shadow Director (RIFC) shouldn't even be on the top table.
-
Somers: "James Easdale is an excellent non-executive director" Like Stockbridge was FD............... What is that you said about "legacy issues" ?
-
Grant Russell @STVGrant · 31 s Hace 31 segundos Somers: "That's not really a question. I'm beginning to warm to Blue Pitch and Margarita. They are quiet shareholders." Somers is doing his best to provke a riot

Is Mike Ashely (Sports Direct International) one of them ?
-
I could draw up a list in five minutes but I couldn't interview them.
-
Ripping the p**h again............... Beyond the pail levels, even for this lot.
-
They lined up in a corridor to hand in their CV's as Sandy Easdale went past and grunted hello.
-
Incredible,........................They blame everyone else but themselves and expect supporters to buy it.
-
Very different answer to the adamant 'ticketus' non-involvement.

On another thread, let's keep this one on track.
