  1. The Rangers website might want to add 'The Court Rolls' to the fixture lists page. They could come under three headings. High Court Sherriff Court Court of Session
  2. Yes, the devil will be in the detail and you'll be looking at a lot of money. You now have a situation that will get uglier with a campaign to try and force Ally to walk or at least negotiate down. This will de done by stoking the anger and pushing it towards hatred. Obviously, another bad result tomorrow would do it for them. Yet another embarrassment for the club who have taken in some 100,000,000 pounds since 2012, not to be able to pay off their manager. It beggers belief how we have been run and how they have largely got away with it. Frankie, your Open Letter hit the mark or rather the right tone and put into words what many were thinking. In amongst what was akin to a battlefield full of anger and frustration, your letter was measured, reasonable and gave everyone 'an out'.
  3. It's 1.4M because the 'Rangers Insider' briefed the media using this number. Whether it is accurate is another matter.
  4. We know, another person you talked to (Chris McLaughlin), has already told us.
  5. Frankie, your open letter is going 'relatively viral' and will be read by all the 'main players', apart from maybe Ashely (who will be advised of the situation as a whole by Llambias).
  6. Ally, you owe the Rangers support. Don't take a pay-off, consult your lawyer(s) and publicly rip into the goings-on at board level. Hole them underneath the water-line as we approach the AGM.
  7. It was put up with a time of 2100hrs on Tuesday on the article. However it didn't go up on the site at that time. It was post-dated, the effect is to reduce exposure and lessen views by never having it as a top headline. Whether the recent redundancies and cost-cutting have any effect on this, I don't know.
  8. Humiliation is something that we are getting used to. The most damaging happening weekly or often daily from in and around the boardroom. The football operation is another strategic humiliation that stems from the boardroom.
  9. We the support have to consider the role we ourselves have played in allowing things to reach this stage. When you have an omnishambles from top down, it isn't a surprise that what is below it is dysfunctional. Yes, we could change the manager and improve but the fundamentals are flawed. Until this club sorts itself out at the top, we won't get back to where we want to be. A change in the dugout, of course............. but push for a change upstairs in whatever way you can because until it happens in a positive way, we'll be revisiting 'relative failure' repeatedly and gradually fade away as a 'force'.
  10. That really is awful and along with a lot of the numbers from other 'wee teams' in the top tier, worrying for the state of the game. If the tendency continues that way then you might have part-time teams in the top tier. Definately heading towards a top tier of 'community clubs' plus 'city clubs' with a widening financial gap.. Exceptional Youth Development becomes Vital.
  11. Not on my part, if you care to look at the detail behind my post but then you are now on here just looking to cause argument with petty, inaccurate and deflectionary comments. You follow the lead of the poster 'quattro' who is disingenuous and dishonest in much of his posting. He puts himself forward as a knowledgable man but when it suits he becomes ignorant, leads with a dismissive remark, deflects/avoids question and scurries away. I'd suggest that you don't drag yourself down to that level. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What are your thoughts on the club's retail operation ?
  12. You are full of disingenuous and dishonest deflection and don't deserve to be engaged with.
  13. Would anything be a surprise ?
  14. Are you saying that the recent Open Offer of up to 19,864,918 New Ordinary Shares was offered using mythical, made-up figures ?
  15. Maybe they will have learnt from the mistakes of other individuals as to how information should be released properly and without making a fool of yourself.
  16. It is you who is getting confused or trying to confuse. The 2.72M figure was an updated number within an unaudited cash balance of £4.258 million at 30 June 2014. See link in my previous post.
  17. This is the second time you have used the figure of 2.7M in your two posts on this thread. The first time I saw this number was on the 29th of August this year, when our incompetent, potless and Charles Green friendly ex-NOMAD published a regulatory notice, "Correction of Open Offer". "The Company had an unaudited cash balance of £4.258 million at 30 June 2014. Included in this unaudited cash balance is £2.72 million relating to Rangers Retail Limited, which is not immediately available as working capital to the Group as a whole." http://rangers.g3dhosting.com/regulatory_news_article/388 Just to be clear, that 2.72M related to Rangers Retail Ltd.,............ not TRFC. ie. profits that should be divided between Sports Direct and TRFC. Is "allegedly" required as it clearly said that at the end of June 2014, none of that money was available as working capital to the group as a whole ? -------------------------------------------------------------- Regards your second point. Bluedell just posted above "........ It could be that our share of the profits is only £590K but we can't tell for sure unless we see the detailed agreement, which would never be released to us on commercial grounds."
  18. Only language they understand is CASH. I will be buying NO 'official' merchandise this Christmas. ---------------------------------- Things have changed. I used to remember a jacketed fatman from the North who would come with his sackful of gifts and kindly leave them in exchange for a can of McEwans Export and a couple of digestive biscuits for the reindeer. There now seems to be a bare chested fatman from the South who intends to come and fill his sack with cash and take it away. Doubtless he'll want more than digestives for his Leach and biased Lamb.
  19. Well they certainly look to be taking on a 'challanging client' (RIFC), that could be used to show such a positive change was underway, rather than just talk about intentions.
  20. In effect, you are paying varying rates of what could be termed a sp.iv tax when you spend money on the club. Via merchandise, the term could be modified to a 'Shark Tax' in as much as it describes better who is at the root of it and the Great White bitesize percentage taken.
  21. You don't have to buy it but still feel the need to come on and bitch You are free to keep your money or buy from Big Mike's one-sided retail operation.
  22. Look's Good.............
  23. I heard that the counter offer from one 'relevant' gentleman was 26p, which if true was pretty near the mark regards real value.
  24. QotS will fancy their chances of putting out St.Johnstone.
  25. Butter is being spread ever more thinner in Scottish football. In the absence of significant broadcast and commercial income, match-day revenue is vital. When that starts dipping below certain numbers, it has consequences. Tendency will be towards community clubs and some having to go part-time.
