If you want real change you surely don't go with those who helped provide what you want to change from. This is currently all a bit nasty but it's reality and we can only hope for something positive coming out the other end of the process that can be built upon.

A real danger from what without alternative explanation appears to be Machiavellian like politics is that many supporters simply get sickened and withdraw their support from any group. -

Thank's for the info Frankie. Acrimonious division has been a big part of the support's problem and was very much encouraged from back in the Sir Duped days and taken advantage of by Jack Irvine on behalf of numerous clients. So to hear that what I think the supporter in the stand thought or generally understood to be a push towards healing those divisions with a proposed merger has 'secret' or undelcared moves in the background that would essentially continue a divide is alarming. They should come out and explain their intentions because it's the 'secret' undeclared nature of this that lends itself to the verb 'alarm'. ------------------------------------------------------- Apparently the two gentlemen who are named as directors of RIFCLtd were those who caused 'a stir' when leaving the RST and it seems won't be happy until they get THEIR way. The term 'team-players' has been employed on this thread on several occasions and you have to doubt that Graham Campbell and Ronnie Johnston can be catorgorised as such. edit Now see the other shell company......... -

Both directors (RIFCLtd) and candidates provide a twitter account on their candidate details Can't seem to find the Graham Campbell account but the Ronnie Johnston comes up. I don't have a twitter account but if someone who has would like to ask him about RIFCLtd,.... his twitter page is here 'https://twitter.com/rj1872'...........handle or whatever you call it '@rj1872' There is also a twitter page for RF candidates.........https://twitter.com/RFcandidate -

I wouldn't disagree that it is unpleasant. I just hope that a workable vehicle comes out of the other end with people in charge who are competent 'team players' pulling in the same positive direction and not the Machiavellian selfish agendas of individuals and back-stabbing politics we have become accustomed to. I take the simple view that to look forward and change positively, it isn't a good idea to return the same people who have been so involved with problems in the past. -

Yes, the two directors and RF election candidates could simply explain. -

Google: A person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of a company are accustomed to act eg. Sandy Easdale was at times considered by some to act as one / RIFC (company) edit. Bluedell's example is better. Easdale might have been a go between. -

The questions of why incorporate RIFCLtd (see other thread for details) and what is it intended for is one that the two directors and candidates for this election really need to answer.

Some of it may be OTT (as in sliding into abuse) but some is very relevant as you look back in history. Nor has BH played particularly 'nice' in his campaign. This thread is about a specific issue and isn't to "attack", it's about this recently incorporated RIFCLtd and looking for clarity on it or anything similar. -

No Andy, it's a question that could do with some kind real answer rather than evasion. We have an RF election,... proposed mergers,... suddenly what appears to be a 'contingency fans group vehicle' incorporated... and 48 hours ago BH inferring that there may be more truth in what Frankie said about alternative groups springing up than he could imagine. -

I didn't say you did but in the light of this alternative fans consortium having been incorporated last month......I was asking you to explain the remark you made to Frankie. Your attempt to brush it off by saying I didn't understand properly doesn't wash. -

I don't want to jump anywhere. I would like you to tell Gersnet exactly what you referred to when you said "There may be more truth in your last point than you imagine". That last point of Frankie's being "we can be damn sure an alternative group will again spring up quicker than you can say Monty Python." Are you really really sure it had nothing to do with 'The Rangers Independent Fans Consortium Ltd' ?...Because in the absence of a tangible explanation regards what you inferred to Frankie, it smells. -
The only thing I can envisage is a contingency vehicle put in place last month to use in the case of not being elected but that is a guess and it would be better if the two involved clarified.

OK, what were you refering to in the conversation with Frankie ? -
But in the 3rd post of that thread, there is a further question. You indicated to Frankie 48 hours ago that you knew of an alternative group in the pipline. If it wasn't The Rangers Independent Fans Consortium Ltd,...what was it ?
-
It was actually a reply to 'Gunslinger'. With you BH, the 'red card' always comes a bit later in the process. But as some football players often say, 'it wisnae my fault, honest Guv'......then they say the same the next time. It's time you recognised this unfortunate habit, we need something different and not the same old players with a history of negative bickering.
