gpl predictions (image) Gersnet World Cup Prediction League: Round 2
buster. replied to Rousseau's topic in Rangers Chat
When the early first goal goes in you think, 4-0 might be on. Then the second so soon after and you start to think, good but with a concern that it not be enough, taking root. The third after 36mins and the doubt becomes probability. The fourth after 40 and you shake your head with a slightest of hopes that HT will change the course of the game and evreyone goes to sleep. The fifth on 45 and it's f**k ! -
They could get to double figures if there is a will. Panama in the worst defensive at a WC for many a year. England haven't even played well, they've been clinical.

I think my joker has a reasonable chance of getting me an extra point. Panama make Cowdenbeath look good England have been clinical but haven't really played that well. Kane could secure WC top scorer in the next 45 minutes !! -
I was thinking that Off the Ball might have touched on the SG/football/alcohol point that another BBC Scotland programme tweeted about but it seems as though even Cosgrove knew that was an angle that was built on one-eyed hypocritical sand.

Official: Rangers sign Jon Flanagan on 2 year deal

Waddell has certainly been fully converted into an opportunist hater of all things Rangers. 'Isolationism' makes it easy for others to jump on a bandwagon. -

If SG wants Woodburn, whether we get him or not could be an indicator as to how 'close' our relationship with Liverpool is going to be. By most accounts, Woodburn is real quality and isn't that far from a first team squad berth at Liverpool. -

Exclusive Flanagan has green grass in his garden. # OUT -
The public pointing towards conflicts of interest of individuals involved with the governing bodies seemed to be a pre-emptive warning/strike that was decided upon after the two charges were brought against us. To have any real effect, you'd need to hold back on some preverbial 'larger bombs' to throw out there. Without them, you probably only harden attitudes against you. I think that these charges have come about mainly because of the resolution 12ers and Co who have for years been determined to maximise damage on Rangers and have pushed Celtic PLC to jump on their bandwagon. It's difficult to say what will come from this. A while ago, I'd have said there was not much to worry about as the commercial aspect was seen as the most important factor to take into consideration by pretty much all clubs, including Celtic PLC......but now, I think that may have changed.

Looks like the alcohol was flowing on Saturday night ! -
Germans showing some German traits to get out of 'jail'. The seeding would have had Germany and Brazil toping their groups and avoiding each other. Bookies think a Germany v Brazil last 16 tie is the most likely which would probably leave a Mexico v Switzerland Likely pairings (according to bookies odds) Russia v Portugal Uruguay v Spain France v Nigeria Croatia v Denmark Brazil v Germany Mexico v Switzerland Belguim v Japan England Senegal Quarters (my preds) Russia v France Germany v Belguim Croatia v Spain Mexico v England

I think we'll be doing well to get them off the wage bill without a net pay-off -

Yesterday a Scottish club accepted an apparent 7M bid from an EPL club for a midfielder who isn't a starter and is in the last year of his contract. Cardiff are taking the Colin Nish. -

BBC Scotland are obviously more concerned with what happens in England than they are Scotland. Opportunity here for some well measured and constructive finger pointing.......possibly starting with e-mails/messages to Off the Ball this lunchtime.
