The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals
buster. replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
I'm going on very little wrt Sadiq so won't argue with you on this. -
Apart from the cliffhanger aspect to it I think the African v South American duel generally tends to throw up less tacticl shit and more going for the game. I remember a Nigeria v Argentina WC game from the 90's that was immense entertainment with Fernando Redondo dominanting the midfield.

Maybe I'm missing something but Sadiq and Lafferty are fairly similar and neither is ideal for 75% of the type of games we'll get in the domestic game. -
That game was never likely to provide excitement. Should get better entertainment tonight.

Usually it's the deflection followed by the GIF #2in1 Consistent part is nothing substansive about what I said about the propandistic headline you posted, but then that's hardly surprising as you know you were presenting a turd that can't be polished.
-
Don't worry, I found it and found out why you didn't want to post a link to it. ie. any detail showed up the headline for the non-story it was.
-
Is she any good with 'servers' ? ie. computer not Roscoe Tanner
-
This is about political agenda more than commerce and you provided a live example of what the headline was designed to push. If you want to raise a different point, feel free to start a thread.
-
That's the standard excuse for the practically challenged
-
Good to see the Hummel tops going to make the last 16.
-
The manufactured non-story/headline about Brexit chants is what it is,...agenda driven confrontational propaganda designed to make people angry. You could say that is just another part of a process.
-
So Travolta does IKEA..........
-
The headline is a non-story designed to stoke anger and make people react accordingly, eg. yourself, in the post I quote. It's little wonder Bill didn't provide a link, the story behind the line was embarrassingly flimsy.

Tonight we have Argentina with a last chance of securing qualification into the next round. Very difficult ask unless they can sort out their own internal issues. The bookies have them as favourites to qualify along with Croatia but I don't see it that way. I may have a flutter but it'll be in-play once I've seen how things are going.

Fair comment although I think if Sadiq joins then given similarities, he takes the Lafferty type role. -

A rested, fit, interested and improving Alfredo Morelos would be a very decent first choice centre-forward. As Frankie touched on in the podcast,....unless on loan, I don't think we have the money to go out and buy a ready made, goalscoring centre-forward from a decent level. Even the decent bosmans will be hoovered up by the clubs with more cash. Solanke on loan has been mentioned but I have my doubts he'd come to Scotland to a club who may well already be out of Europe. If he's going to stay, I reckon it'd be much better to go with Morelos and further develop his obvious potential for our advantage, rather than a loan striker for his parent club. We'd still need others but it's down to the scouting dept./DoF to find the preverbial value for money rough edged diamonds. I -

At least with us on here, it's only a fun prediction league. Spare a thought for the punters who would have provided the bookies with a very lucrative day. There was no value in yesterdays odds but there is today. -

If the 'new' niggle or whatever is in the same place as the recent injury which he came back from ahead of schedule then the obvious question for the medical staff is....did you give the go-ahead too early ? Not the first time I've questioned what comes from that area of the club and it was interesting to hear we now do our medicals for incoming players in Manchester. On the face of it, seems a strange way of doing things wrt logistics although there must be a solid reason. -
Over the years he has had sources that have given him info, eg. he was used as part of a spin offensive for spiv interests back in the day and hence got some relevant 'toxic Jk' info. But he now seems to have a machine in which he inserts the exact same 600 words that then automatically churns out a different daily blog. It's cutting edge bullshit.
