Did all the Directors of Rangers Oldco. follow their fiduciary duty to the company they were Directors of? Lots and lots of questions - hopefully soon to be answered in the Court.

    The 100 million pound question roughly what the "club" has burned through to end up back where it was. Bankrupt. To answer it you'd have to forensically examine every transaction carried out in the "club's" name these past few years - something that will never be allowed to happen.

    is all of this not a huge worry? we can't hold the AGM until the accounts are signed off. the accounts can't be signed off unless the accountants can see we are a going concern. Ashley can't underwrite any expected share issue as he can't own any more than 10%. So what happens next?
