This situation is exacerbated by the Retail Contract whereby , effectively , one quarter of the club's potential income is leeching away. When you see the start position for this Board i.e. the club effectively broken they have IMO got THE most important part right - the Management, where all the guy talks about is Value and Development - this will take time.
