I don’t know if we have one but we could have done with signing a director of football to try and identify some decent players for future signings, now that might have been a good signing.

I don’t know what’s wrong at Chelsea are we seeing players who have secured good contracts now adopting an attitude of we don’t give a toss we will still get paid .
