    For real.

IDK about Scotland but watching the USMNT cures insomnia.

I have tried, could not give a crap.

I watched a match yesterday morning two teams of twelve year olds and it was most enjoyable

There is a rumour -there's always a rumour- which suggests that MB + staff are away, with an announcement scheduled, to that effect, on Monday. This, purportedly comes from a source inside the Club.

Oh, and the replacement manager will be some guy called Potter.

as long as its not pansy Potter

Ange had only won two league titles in Australia and Japan. That doesn't sound like the "experienced winner who has won trophies" you mentioned.

Gallardo is out of our league.

I just want someone that can implement a good style of play.

    Two more than Beale

Very few have made a success of both club and national team management. Stein and Smith and perhaps Ormond, all of whom came to the national side after success at club level. The rest haven't been great.

Nothing to do with the thread but Bobby Brown did well at St Johnstone and would have done well at Scotland if it wasn’t for English teams withdrawing key players

Don't necessarily disagree and he'd be a very unpopular appointment.

However, there are Rangers fans who want the current Kilmarnock manager appointed, who has previously turned us down and doing a worse job at Killie than Clarke.

All I want in the next Rangers manager is one who can make us successful domestically for a sustained period of time.

Clarke has worked under some excellent managers and he seems to have learned how to make the most of what he’s got to work with and seems to get their respect of course people will probably come up with some kind of Celtic connection so he’s to be avoided at all costs.

The fitba' team is playing Cyprus, in Cyprus, tonight, apparently.
If you are up for it, Viagra Sports, or somesuch, has it, at 19.45, or thereabouts.

The Rugby World Cup commences tonight, with FRA v NZ opening proceedings, at 20.00, a match which sounds like it could/should be a final, and I shall be watching that.

(Frankly, I should choose to watch that, even if the fitba'  was readily accessible.)

Voted no and have stated i'm allowing him the first quarter of the league campain to see a marked improvement in both results and identity in our style of play.

Reason for me allowing him a little more time is when he took over from Gio he did steady the ship and was getting more from the players he inherited. However I do think he's made mistakes  allowing to many players to leave in this window and trying to intigrate too many new faces at once which is why he's struggling to find a formation to fit them all in that suits.

Think the rudders stuck maybe even ready to fall off
