Aberdeen must be wishing they could play us every week were a goal down we’re into four minutes of extra time and we are playing the ball square at the back and making back passes

Dons should be two up this is a gutless performance

We’re blowing it big time better pull their socks up in the second half or are we just a bunch of bottlers

Sloppy play will be costly

A win today will close the gap might put a little pressure on the horrid hoops
Cifu doesn't impress me with his passing needs to do better.

Both had very good teams. As we have experienced over a few years a good team will usually beat eleven comparatively stellar individuals.
I don’t think any of the DU champions would get into the also rans in the Gersnet lists. Narey? Sturrock? Milne? Hegarty? Aberdeen had better individual players. Leighton, Miller, Strachan and from earlier times Martin Buchan and Graham Leggatt but you wouldn’t have Buchan ahead of Tam Forsyth who had plenty of mentions but I think, no nominations.
Surprisingly, Hibs had better players than any of the others. Apart from the historical five, they had Stanton, the best of the lot, Baker, Brownlie, Hamilton and Martin. I could see all of these in blue but I doubt if even Stanton would displace any of the final selection.
The best other team was the Dundee champion side. No weak links, all above average and Brown, Ure and Gilzean absolute stars as evidenced by their departures to ‘Spurs and Arsenal. Now Willie Hamilton was a player

Aye, it's actually putting me off football, it's that bad. They've even managed to ruin Follow Follow with it.
Wee tip for the (un)drummer, Follow Follow slows down and speeds up, naturally, at certain points, ya bloody idiot.
He’s certainly no Buddy Rich that’s for sure

Aberdonians may not be big city slickers, compo, but they’re not teuchters either. That’s reserved for Highlandmen.
The message is correct, though and as Bill says, they will be targeting Cantwell, their new Morelos.
You'll have to give me a name for these aberdonian thugs in Glasgow they're known as Ned's what's the Aberdeen equivalent.

The teuchters will be lumping in the heavy tackles and taking no prisoners we need to be on our toes .

Surely the toffees won't need any team talk
