there is also a bit titled the keane loan facility where they got a loan of one million pounds from a person called edmund keane to buy player repayable exactly one year after getting the loan and repaid in full probably all legal but then I don't understand most of it

Today I came across a copy of the celtic share prospectus going back to 1994 and as they are always bumping their rancid gums about name changes etc there is a bit on page 26 from Pannell Kerr Forster chartered accountants and its says this . On the 15th December 1994 the company's name was changed from the celtic football and athletic company , to celtic limited and the company was then re-registered as a plc .On the 15th of December 1994 the company acquired pacific shelf 595 limited a dormant company which has not traded since incorporation and changed that company's name to the celtic football club and athletic company. why did they change it in the first place can anyone explain this .

My view is that anything that happens outside the ground has nothing to do with uefa or the clubs let the police deal with that side of it a heavy sentance to any troublemakers a year in jail should be the starting point . -
I wish McColl would put his money where his mouth is just what does this guy want the club for nothing to sit back and appoint whom he sees fit well if he forks out the cash he can get the club what's he waiting for .

i am not going to defend drunken mugs but sometimes the police in other countries are a bit over the top i remember going to germany only for our bus allong with others to be hearded into a fenced off coral by green uniformed police/ security armed with guns my brother who speaks good german asked about toilet facilities onlyto have a gun pointed in his face and be told to f off we were not young lads more like two men in their 50s . but as i always say when we go abroad we should act in a decent and proper manner .
