  1. Looks like he is on the verge of leaving Barcelona for my money he is one of the best I have seen one player that will get me sitting down to watch a match these days a truly wonderful player.

But who can afford him Barcelona will be wanting a hefty fee a d the buying club will be paying a hefty wage,  personally I would love him to team up with his old boss at Manchester city he would be a wonderful addition to the EPL .

Roofe should be an excellent signing. What he should also do is provide space to get Alfredo's head back on and back playing the football we know he's capable of.

I am afraid Alfredo has to go he will just pull the team down with his whole demeanour he's been showing these day's,  get rid of him I say .

Did nobody tell Collum he’d signed for Aberdeen?

I am just amazed that no player or manager hasn't given Colium a good hard punch on the nose ?

Leeds United are set to step up their pursuit of Ryan Kent with an improved offer of around £14 million this week, according to the Scottish Sun.

As confirmed by Rangers boss Steven Gerrard, the Whites have already had an opening bid rejected for the winger.

It is understood that offer came in at around £10 million.

But Leeds aren’t giving up just yet, and will look to test the Gers’ resolve further with another bid for the former Liverpool man.

It is also understood that the Whites will look to double the 23-year-old’s wages to around £50,000-a-week in an effort to lure him to Elland Road.

It certainly seems as if Leeds have got the bit between their teeth on this one.

£14 million would be double the amount that Rangers paid for Kent last summer, and offering to double the player’s wages too would make it a hard move to resist for the winger.

Elland Road chief executive Angus Kinnear is understood to be “confident” a deal can be struck, even if Gerrard seems somewhat reluctant to sell.

You can understand why he would be too.

Kent has started the new season at quite a pace, and hit his third goal in five league matches in the 2-0 win over Kilmarnock on Saturday.

Darren Bent recently told Football Insider that he believes the 23-year-old could “add a bit of quality” to Marcelo Bielsa’s squad, and while the Premier League may be a considerable step up from the Scottish Premiership, his impressive form would certainly suggest that he is one to watch.

If Bielsa is keen, that’s enough of an indicator for us that Kent is worth the hassle, and we just have to be hopeful that this new and improved bid is enough to tempt the Gers into a sale.

20 million and we make it a done deal money up front
