Ive been around a long time and seen many an old firm encounter so I am not going to be taken in by this tosh about the opposition being weekend because a few of their lot might be out ,how many times have you seen us overcome stronger and better teams.

Looks like the English game could be in line for a major change with a reduction of teams in the premiership scrapping of the league cup and charity shield match and a lump sum to the lower divisions of £250 million as a sweetener plus 25% of earnings for twenty five years ,but it will come at a cost as the top clubs will hold all the power in any new setup,  it would start when the present television contract ends probably leaving individual  to negotiate their own television deals .

I can see the horrors looking for a postponement
