As far as selections go I couldn't pick my own nose some strange results yesterday city losing Arsenal playing well boring Burnley scoring three the scousers throwing away a two goal advantage and their manager giving big Virgil a roasting and an expected win for the pensioners but the boos were reserved for the Spurs manager who looked lost as United papered over the cracks

I don't think that he was substituted, after the assault which must, surely, result in all round condemnation of the club's lack of regard for player welfare.

 

The Hart 'incident' was a penalty for Livingston, but, bizzarely, imexplicably, one not awarded.
