THE BBC are facing a multi-million-pound defamation action over a documentary that sparked a failed Rangers fraud investigation and led to malicious prosecutions.

Three business turnaround experts from financial consultancy firm Duff and Phelps are expected to pursue the claim later this year which has been lying dormant for over six years.

Seen a clip on sky news last night,  the only thing that struck me was were are the crowds .

I suppose at the end of the day the big question could be are employers responsible for the behaviour of their employees.

I think we just don't have the money to buy new players so what we have tie up any contracts that need renewing with an eye on moving them on for some profit .

It usually takes about a season for a manager to lose the dressing room but this bloke at Manchester United has lost it already, last night's display from United was disgraceful in my opinion some of these so called superstars weren't even trying.
