This question about the strip was asked numerous times and always he had the same answer , he had over the years sold dozens of these strops claiming it was the one he wore , I feel so sorry for so many people who bought them. In the end he was a really sad character .

There seems to be some debate about the shirt on sale in McTears auction house as to big slims Scotland top from the 67 Wembley game I seem to remember a shirt for auction in a south side pub one Sunday being auctioned to raise money for a hospital scanner don’t know if it was the shirt in question.

It was a decent display last night gives us some hope and the manager a much needed lift in performance now we have to maintain and improve this level

Well it’s all over until the next window so it’s now upon the managers shoulders to take his players find a winning formation and stick to it I wish him well .

All these transfers all the money getting paid to clubs players agents they are all getting their cut I wonder when the chancellor will see some easy money and start putting a tax on transfer fees say 20% off the top .

And a 20% sell on fee for a 21 yr old who we could have for free in the summer also doesnt really appeal.

 

I understand why people want him in.  I understand why people are prepared to pay the money being suggested.  Doesnt mean it makes good business sense - and it doesnt make good business sense unless he wasnt going to sign a pre-contract, which it seems he was going to do anyway.
