It has been a fascinating month with Park, Robertson, Dickson, Wilson and Mulholland all leaving - that's five key people out with only one internal promotion so far. All this can be seen as a positive in terms of change but what is the strategy?
With an era-defining turnover of players imminent, no sporting director, no head administrator and no head of youth; how do we ensure continuity and, importantly, necessary improvement? Which investors are driving these changes? The chair needs to communicate.

Looks like Chelsea would be better sending for big Sam

Everton’s matches:
8 May. BHA A
14 May. City H
20 May. Wolves A
28 May. Bournemouth.
Most they’ll get is six points, three of them at Wolves with a bit of luck and with a superhuman effort three at home against Bournemouth.Must aim for nine

I've heard that we're planning to have a Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well, presumably reporting to the CEO and taking on many of Robertson's responsibilities.
Plenty of coos on the park on Sunday

Do you think it's worth it?
Leeds have 4 games left (Man City (A), Newcastle (H), West Ham (A), Tottenham (H)).
They need to win one, I'd say, to survive.

I would contend that our biggest need in the summer is a goalscorer. Morelos will be gone, Colak doesnt seem to fit our style (I would still keep him as he is a natural finisher) but we need a McCoist/Defoe type striker.
And they are a rare commodity

It’s all down to money we need defenders who can defend we need strikers who can strike and half backs that can create but we aren’t exactly heavy in the cash department so it’s probably a couple of buys and the rest picked up that are out of contract easier said than done.

I dunno about that. Our youth teams haven't been doing particularly well recently.
If we don’t play them we will never know and if this youth setup isn’t working then it might be time to overhaul it

Sticking young lads into a team with no heart, in front of already disgruntled supporters, might not be the best course of action.
They couldn’t be any worse

This is when a good manager earns his wages will he stick with the same failures until the seasons end or will he make big changes by giving the youngsters their head after all there is nothing to lose but might be something to gain.

When you start with four defenders who cannot defend then your in trouble from the start
