After 6 games played Chelsea were 8 points behind Man City, 8th in the league and were on a run of three games without a win (with back to back defeats). Exactly this. Until we start scouting areas where there's far more value to be had and affordable talent, we'll get nowhere. Unfortunately, it seems our manager doesn't really have much knowledge of any other markets. I'm not really sure what progress we've made with scouting either.

They can only beat the opposition put in front of them and this is clearly a different side to the onethat faced Liverpool and Arsenal .

Things can change very quickly in football. When I made those comments Chelsea were playing terribly and were miles away from challenging. Since changing the formation to 3-4-3 they're destroying everything put in front of them. I call it as I see it and this side is going to win the league.
