  1. Given that Roofe is missing unexpectedly I would like this finished at half time. 45 minutes is enough exercise for Morelos.
  2. Dundee United 0 Rangers 2 First goal scorer: Morelos
  3. Malmo 0 Rangers 1 First goal scorer: Wright
  4. A really good point. We are racing away from them while spending little or nothing on players. Celtic just continue to pour money into an incinerator. When all the money is incinerated then demand some more and do the same again. The current attitude reminds me of the stupid approach recommended to us several years ago: Rangers just need 100 millions to catch Celtic. It was a load of rubbish then just as it is now. All good though as focusing on money will prevent them from figuring out how to really catch us.
  5. Rangers 3 Livingston 0 First goal scorer: Kent
  6. I'm not sure about that. What is the total spend so far this summer?
  7. It wouldn't surprise me if friendly matches were considered low priority. That's fair as every one that I have watched was rubbish.
  8. What a load of insufferable pish. (Not directed at you dB)
  9. If you have concerns about the ethics of Bitci then you should explain them.
  10. I'd be happy enough if Patterson had 10-15 games. After this season then I think it's a problem. The midfield is a big risk. I don't want us to end up relying on Davis, Jack and Arfield.
  11. Did I just flip bullish?
  12. I would like to know the rules governing the total supply of RFT. I would also like to know more about the total supply of Bitci. I've seen a claim that there are 20 billion with an annual increase of 1 billion until 100 billion is reached. For some reason coingecko reports the total supply as unknown. Why is that? Is the Bitci network decentralized? If so how can I run a node on the network? Is the software open source? It's questions rather than criticism so far. I am no expert but I've looked at a few of these things recently and so far I'm not impressed with what I see.
  13. Despite being enthusiastic about cryptoassets I'm very sceptical about this. Anybody else feel the same way about it?
  14. I thought that this was the best opportunity for Patterson to play.
  15. This could well end up being Steve Clarke's greatest achievement.
  16. That's interesting. I'm only thinking about it from the perspective of an individual though. If I donate to Club 1872 and stop donating then, in future, someone else will control the shareholding that I paid for. That is to say that it will be controlled by whoever controls Club 1872. A combination of the membership and the board. I would lose control because I had not remained an active participant.
  17. This will be obvious to many but I'll add this for your benefit. In the absence of leadership you do it yourself. Stop making excuses and take responsibility.
  18. I don't need this.
  19. It's a well worn topic but I might as well throw in my 2 pence worth again. Club 1872 is undeniably better than zero fan ownership. It is better for Club 1872 to buy Dave King's shares rather than risk the wrong people getting hold of them. The problem is that if you donate to Club 1872 you need to take an ongoing responsibility for it. You never own the shareholding but someone does. That is to say you really need to remain a member and be active. If you don't then who knows who will end up controlling Club 1872. Actual fan ownership of shares is undeniably better than donating to Club 1872. When you own shares you don't need to give any thought to any of the bickering that surrounds the Club 1872 board. You'll never need to worry about who might one day control the share holding that you paid for. If you do this then you end up with a different problem. You'll be faced with dilution of your holding one day. That's an easier problem to deal with.
  20. In reality you deserve what you get. Particularly so in this case.
  21. This is great news. I don't care about the match. I just know that this will end all discussion about Gerrard managing Liverpool one day. HAHAHA.
  22. Not too keen on this. I think we should be moving him on from the playing squad. He might well be a good coach though. I have no insight into that. I'm not a fan of players moving in to coach former teammates in general. I have much more confidence that he will benefit the youth players.
  23. Running out of time surely.
