That was some forum user feedback. I adopted it in an attempt to inspire others. I can't tell if it is working or not. In this case I'm thinking about the prospect of facing Calvin Bassey. A chain is only as strong as the weakest link.

The selection really wasn't the problem yesterday. The truth is that we are slack. I can't understand why. We can't coast against other S.P.F.L. sides so why should we be able to against Celtic? That's true even before you consider the work ethic of this Celtic side. While Kent appealed for a throw in at the first goal I was shouting for him to get his head back in the game and defend. No surprise that a goal followed. I hate watching our players shout at the ref for stuff like that. No shortage of other examples of the problem.

I didn't think that Kamara was deployed as a defensive midfielder yesterday. Van Bronckhorst has played him in a more advanced role many times. If we were really trying to avoid getting beat then we would have played either Arfield or Wright ahead of Tillman.

Time for the January thread so that I can speculate about where Matondo and Ridvan will go on loan.

Some players have become a bit lazy. The manager can sort that out. He is under pressure now but very far away from being sacked.

To avoid defeat it would be best to leave him on the bench.

If we were set up not to lose then Tillman would not be on.

I expect a difficult match. A draw will be good enough under the circumstances.

The management appear to have a fair amount of confidence in the young players. That's helpful in terms of depth. We are not really short in that regard. People are complaining because we expected to improve the first eleven after qualifying.

Helander and Roofe can both contribute if fit. Neither are under pressure to play which increases the chances of them actually staying fit.

I know you wouldn't read any old rubbish. The matter is now settled.

Lundstram didn't start as badly as many say. Before too long people will recount stories of him tripping over his feet constantly and taking fresh air kicks at the ball. More importantly though Matondo might be rubbish and this would be a great opportunity to get a replacement in.

Need to get a right winger in to replace Matondo.

A very nice touch from Ridvan Yilmaz for the second goal. I never imagined that he had such a high level of skill.
