I agree with all of this. The frustration comes from a few obvious sources though. Mostly because these are matches that we should really be winning. We were prevented by the referee in the last match. In this match we were not good enough to break down the Hearts defence and we should have been. As you correctly point out Windass was far better than his opponent again. I don't know why he is being criticised this year. If there is any criticism from yesterday it is the decision to keep Miller on. I think that started to hinder the performance of other parts of the team. Wallace for example.

But in essence, you look through this thread and once again it appears to be a whole kindergarden of spoilt brats who simply can't get their head around the fact that we are far from the finished article, have a completely new team and are less than half a handful of games into the season. You have to wonder if the admin over on the German board was still in the stadium after 75 minutes . . . . . . if so then Herr Admin would have heard complaints from supporters that are not exactly the Playstation generation.

I should add that I imagine (hope) that Peña will replace Miller.

I think it is easy to see where we go from here. The gaping hole in the team is an attacking midfielder. If Peña gets fit and into the team then perhaps things will come together. To me it looks like this is what the manager is hoping for.

Moult is not the solution to our problems.

We should have won that match. I don't understand the decision to take Dorrans off and leave Miller on. Miller hardly kicked a ball after that.

I agree. I was fortunate enough to attend both of those matches. Although if I remember correctly Dodoo was brought on as a substitute in both matches.

Unreal. I didn't have a close enough view at the match but it looked like Stokes was fouling Tav while the ball was still in play. I can't believe that he gives both players a yellow card for that.

I think Jack is lucky to escape with a red card here. Stokes clearly has a good hold of him and he would be unable to defend himself against any attack by the referee.

I think that Windass has earned his place this season. He was doing well against Whittaker before the sending off. I'd like us to move on from Miller. Kranjčar and Dorrans might be a good partnership in midfield but at the same time he is a bit of a luxury player. Would he be helpful when we are playing with 10 men?
