Reading, and listening, to what Gerrard has been saying would make you think that this will happen. Nothing is certain though and I am praying that this is what really happens. I was happy to give him a chance while Pedro was still here but I think that we have all been far too patient already.

No. It could be very poisonous to have a dressing room where one guy doesn't bother his backside while raking in thousands of pounds a week. Imagine trying to persuade the rest to go the extra mile while he is around. Any effort to get more out of him is likely to be a waste of effort. The manager should focus his efforts on players that will offer a return. Pay him off as efficiently as possible.

I would describe Morelos as a 'target man'. He is often the target of long passes. Also, I think we have hardly ever had him playing alongside a 'target man'. I would describe Herrera as semi-retired.

Just thinking that too. McCrorie stood out from the rest of the team. Sad to say but Walker summed it up well, after the goal, when he said 'McCrorie wanted it more'.

Perhaps he does have potential for goals. I don't have much confidence in him at the moment. I agree he has been played out of position. I would prefer to have Docherty's pace and fitness.

I would also like to see Docherty ahead of Dorrans.
