Really enjoyed that match. It could easily have gone the other way. For most of the first half I didn't expect us to get back into it. Some of our passing was terrible. Two great goals though. I can't wait for us to get our first choice midfield back.

Yes, part of the reason we struggled, again, was the makeshift midfield.

Since we are leaving all that behind we must look to the future. When we complain about the board we need to think about the alternative. What alternatives do we have at present? Also I think I remember the chairman telling us he wanted to get some non supporter directors involved but that it would take 1-2 years. So is any complaint about the current board simply a case of pushing against an open door?

The point of the statement should be to communicate with supporters. If it uses obscure language then it will fail to do that. That's even before considering how inappropriate it was to subject McInnes to thinly veiled criticism.

I would rather each team had 1 point than one team had 3 points. Having been wide awake for all our matches this season I'm not taking anything for granted.

That was poor. I thought it would be difficult without Jack in midfield. Neither Peña, nor Miller, were decent this time. At least we have managed to win 3 in a row and retain 2nd place though.

This is a bit underwhelming. Without being excited about it I would have taken McInnes now and before Warburton left. Was mostly hoping for the recruitment to be over. Who knows when it will end now.

After reading all of this I almost hope Murty is appointed instead.

I find the safety/terror idea unlikely. It probably will be nice but what is the rationale for investing resources in it.
