  1. The points total/league position is objective. Opinions about improvement are subjective. Are we really getting anywhere?
  2. Taller than the current goalkeeper. He is reportedly 6 foot and 1 inch tall.
  3. Yeah, when I read about it I just thought it sounded pathetic. There is definitely something wretched about the idea but I'm not sure if I could say exactly what. Something about it just reminds me of the way that the Champions league is increasingly stacked in favour of the biggest teams.
  4. That's tall enough I suppose.
  5. 6 foot 2 inches!
  6. Anybody know how tall Robbie McCrorie is?
  7. If invested wisely then Queens Park could be secure for a long time.
  8. It would be a big loss. European football would make us more attractive to other managers. It would also make us more attractive to paying supporters.
  9. I wonder if today would have been a good day to revive the diamond formation. We could have dropped Murphy and Candeias for Goss and McCrorie. We also could have thought about dropping Windass for Cummings.
  10. He did play. Dundee United has a tough schedule ahead and looks like sinking below the playoff spots.
  11. I would say both of these rules will favour big clubs with more resources. UEFA are dreaming up new ways to discourage me from ever watching a european match.
  12. The Club1872 board is elected by a democratic process, no? You can't have missed that when you decided to donate. Anyway, you are electing a representative. That is to say a person to make decisions on behalf of the donors. Representative democracy should be familiar to all in the United Kingdom.
  13. Better to get as much of the wage back as possible. Also, if a player doesn't have a chance of playing then his attitude could cause problems. Best to get him out of the club as soon as possible.
  14. I think Club1872 justifiably claims to represent thousands of donors. Almost all Club1872 donors will be supporters.
  15. I think that if you knew what share dilution is then you can't reasonably complain about this.
  16. Board representation is not too much to ask if Club1872 has a sufficient shareholding and can persuade the board and other shareholders. Did you know that share dilution could happen when you put money in?
  17. Did you not know what the money would be used for when you put money in? I remember them being quite clear about how the money could be used.
  18. The reward is the safe standing section. Do you put money into Club1872?
  19. Why would any of this surprise anyone who invested in Rangers First, Buy Rangers or Club 1872?
  20. The Easter road picture confused me. I had to look twice before I realised that it was the old main stand rather than the old East stand.
  21. Some photos here. Includes some Scottish grounds during the 90s. https://www.theguardian.com/football/gallery/2018/mar/20/the-game-football-through-the-lens-of-stuart-clarke-in-pictures
  22. No. We will be reading threads about signing ancient former players until the bitter end.
  23. When we replace Foderingham we should do so with someone who is on the way up. Not with someone who is on the way down.
  24. No. That is not, in essence, what I will do.
