Good news for us. If Celtic have problems off the park then this will exacerbate them.

Based on the replay that I saw I thought Morelos deserved to go off. It's not good enough and the manager needs a striker he can rely on. We would have flattened them if we had eleven men on the park. That point aside the referee was absolutely terrible. Just a few bad decisions that you could mention: Ryan Jack getting flattened and knocked out of the game; no booking, Connor Goldson shouting at a player for diving, yellow card; Scott Arfield getting grabbed by an opponent and not reacting, yellow card. I actually expected Ryan Jack to get sent off for the last one.

Not sure it was that good! Osijek would have walked all over us this time last year though.

Could have been a lot of goals on either side. For us the attack always seemed one pass short. Whereas our opponents forced quite a few saves from McGregor. We have achieved what I was hoping for in Europe and anything that follows is a bonus.

The attack showed the same problems as last year. Murphy, Windass and Morelos all continue to be sources of frustration. Hard to say if the defence is any good yet. It wasn't tested much and the only question mark, so far, is Goldson's passing. Some decent performances though. Middleton looks great and should hopefully displace either Murphy or Windass this season. Ejaria looks quite skillful although I can easily see him being a squad player. Flanagan looked solid and I expect him to remain first choice.
