The Club1872 board is elected by a democratic process, no? You can't have missed that when you decided to donate. Anyway, you are electing a representative. That is to say a person to make decisions on behalf of the donors. Representative democracy should be familiar to all in the United Kingdom.

Better to get as much of the wage back as possible. Also, if a player doesn't have a chance of playing then his attitude could cause problems. Best to get him out of the club as soon as possible.
-
I think Club1872 justifiably claims to represent thousands of donors. Almost all Club1872 donors will be supporters.
-
I think that if you knew what share dilution is then you can't reasonably complain about this.
-
Board representation is not too much to ask if Club1872 has a sufficient shareholding and can persuade the board and other shareholders. Did you know that share dilution could happen when you put money in?
-
Did you not know what the money would be used for when you put money in? I remember them being quite clear about how the money could be used.
-
The reward is the safe standing section. Do you put money into Club1872?

Why would any of this surprise anyone who invested in Rangers First, Buy Rangers or Club 1872?

Stuart Roy Clarke: Photo Exhibition
ranger_syntax replied to ranger_syntax's topic in General Football Chat
The Easter road picture confused me. I had to look twice before I realised that it was the old main stand rather than the old East stand. -
Some photos here. Includes some Scottish grounds during the 90s. https://www.theguardian.com/football/gallery/2018/mar/20/the-game-football-through-the-lens-of-stuart-clarke-in-pictures

No. We will be reading threads about signing ancient former players until the bitter end.

When we replace Foderingham we should do so with someone who is on the way up. Not with someone who is on the way down.
-
No. That is not, in essence, what I will do.

He was assistant manager at Dundee United during the 80s. He became Scotland U18 coach in 1978. So I think what you are saying is incorrect. Unless, of course, you have a source. I'm only going by wikipedia for the Scotland stuff.

Smith was assistant manager at a Dundee United team that won the league and made it to the semi finals of the European cup. If I remember correctly Roma later admitted to bribing the referee to knock them out. This is a completely different league from being a youth coach. Whenever I see youth matches it looks like a bounce game. No leniency required.

You suggest that the honeymoon period, for the board, should be over and criticism should follow. This, I think, implies that board members should be replaced. Perhaps so, but if one is to agitate for this then shouldn't one have replacements in mind?
-
In general if a supporter holds a significant number of shares then I suppose it is. In particular I doubt it. (see above for my recent post on this topic)
-
I doubt it. We can leave that aside for a moment though. Have you done any succession planning for the board?

Really soft red card. I hope Kipre misses our next match though.

Take a look at what Smith was doing prior to becoming Rangers manager. Compare it to what Murty has been doing.

match thread (image) Rangers 0 - 1 Kilmarnock
ranger_syntax replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Totally gutless. Lots of tough matches between now and the end of the season if we want to secure second place. We can't afford to keep playing like that. The only positive I can think of is that Murty acted quicker than usual to remove Goss. -
Ralston joins Dundee United on emergency loan
ranger_syntax replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
What is an emergency loan? Why can you do this outside of the transfer window? -
Much better for you to post in threads on those topics then. If you complain about it in here then you just bump the thread and keep it alive. This post does that too .

Any word on the results yet?
