A ridiculous end to a ridiculous season. We finished that match with 10 men including Hodson, Martin and Halliday. Hibernian should have played most of the match with 10 men.

Looks like a lot of contracts are up this summer. This includes players that you would imagine are expensive like Flood and McDonald. I imagine that inexpensive replacements will be found and the wage bill will decrease.

Has the Hibernian manager surfaced yet?

I think Hamilton Academical managed it though. 10th EDIT: I've had to go and check the results. Hamilton managed to get promoted by beating Hibernian and also beat Dundee United to remain in the Premier. I've always thought that it was designed to be very difficult for the lower league.

Reading, and listening, to what Gerrard has been saying would make you think that this will happen. Nothing is certain though and I am praying that this is what really happens. I was happy to give him a chance while Pedro was still here but I think that we have all been far too patient already.

No. It could be very poisonous to have a dressing room where one guy doesn't bother his backside while raking in thousands of pounds a week. Imagine trying to persuade the rest to go the extra mile while he is around. Any effort to get more out of him is likely to be a waste of effort. The manager should focus his efforts on players that will offer a return. Pay him off as efficiently as possible.

I would describe Morelos as a 'target man'. He is often the target of long passes. Also, I think we have hardly ever had him playing alongside a 'target man'. I would describe Herrera as semi-retired.
