  1. I can't wait. I'll be happy with any draw. Easier teams increase the likelihood of raking in cash through a win bonus. Oh the other hand it would be great to watch us play some big teams. Especially after spending years watching us play teams like Alloa, Annan et al.
  2. He needs to succeed here if he wants that job.
  3. I thought that reaching the third tie was all we could expect. This is much better than I expected. Hopefully we can now pick up some wins in the group stage because that will bring some serious cash with it.
  4. Speaking as a thoughtful contributor; Graham Spiers is completely, and utterly, clueless.

  6. I honestly don't know what you are talking about now. Did you read the definition of disenfranchised and still think that bluenoses would feel disenfranchised? Because bluenoses are totally not disenfranchised and it would be very foolish of them to feel that way.
  7. See here for the basics: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=define+disenfranchised The italics are no indication of political allegiance.
  8. Not sure why you imagine that I have forgotten anything. I don't see why you're so sure that such a thing would be a benefit. It's just as likely to be a hindrance.
  9. That doesn't reassure me at all. I want him to be signed as a result of a proper scouting process. Not because his mate told us he was good.
  10. If you don't cast a vote then you can't sack an incumbent politician. The only thing that politicians fear is being sacked.
  11. That would be very foolish. Bluenoses are most definitely not disenfranchised.
  12. Abstention is definitely not the answer. Neither the SNP, nor Labour, are likely to be friendly to us. There are a few other parties you can vote for. Something more useful would be for you to take some time to scrutinise local government in the same way that the author obviously has. Most of the things that various councils get up to happens because nobody is watching. If you don't take the time to do either of these things then please don't be surprised if nobody takes your complaints seriously.
  13. It's little wonder that the SNP et al are so confident to stick the boot in to us. That was a really good article and much of the first three pages of responses were familiar, irrelevant and disappointing. If one can't concentrate on a simple topic without meandering off to various referendums then one will struggle to oppose people like Dornan.
  14. Noticed Frank McAveety mentioned and though so too. I had to laugh. I'm a somewhat unenthusiastic member of a political party as it happens.
  15. I find it hard to believe Motherwell managed to control the second half. That is the real lesson for the manager to learn. Tav still can't defend cross balls and that isn't going to change. Should also add that we are much more likely to drop points while still playing in Europe.
  16. Happy to see Lafferty score two despite being extremely limited. How does he do it?
  17. None of that made Tav lose the man he was marking.
  18. I was hoping for more goals but the other team didn't really threaten us. I can't believe how reluctant the ref was to book any of them. There must have been about 20 fouls against us in the first half. 90 minutes of hard work should see us through again.
  19. Both Jack and Ejaria were very good.
  20. The freedom of information act is for public authorities. Does this apply to FARE? I don't think it is a public body.
  21. He's right to bring in Lafferty. We needed another attacker/striker. If Gerrard doesn't bring in cover at centre back then I will be happy to argue with him.
