High point: Watching Rangers win the league at Rugby Park. I was behind the goal where the first three went in. I had accepted a ticket some time earlier with little expectation but it delivered 90 minutes of complete delirium. Low point: Watching us win in Annan at new year. Despite enjoying most of the travels around the lower leagues I completely despised this match. It's the worst football stadium I've ever been to and I could only see about 30/40 percent of the match.

No clever tricks or mastery on display here. They are as subtle as a brick and reek of desperation.

I'm not in favour of VAR and I don't think that it will be implemented in this country. Smaller teams will probably consider it to be a bit like grass. That is to say an expensive luxury. This means that calls for VAR can serve as a great way to criticise poor refereeing like we witnessed the other day.

Although it is off camera I suspect Katic was on the other side of another player, and moving, when he showed it. Clancy might have made the hand action twice to make sure it was clear that Katic was the one being booked.
