I think midfield is our weakest. We have 3, sometimes 4 passengers in there every week. Every team has to defend from the front and it's my belief our defence looks so suspect and so exposed because they have absolutely no help whatsoever from the supposed heartbeat of our team. The 2 guys who are supposed to dictate play in the middle are anonymous every single week, the two wingers who are supposed to be out balls and take pressure off our defence don't do either. You then look at the lack of support and service to our strikers and one must seriously ask himself, what the hell do our midfield actually do? They don't defend and they don't attack, they don't keep possession and they don't dictate play. They just make up the numbers.

They know they don't need to try. Players have been going through the emotions knowing they won't be dropped for the last 4 years. Ally will want to keep each and every one of them and add to them as well.

McKay, Gallagher and Halkett all into the team in Jan and shite with no future like McCulloch, Mohsni and Peralta binned. Then after those 3 are gone, it's another 3, then another 3, and yet another 3 players who have no future with the club, till they are all gone. There is just so much medicore rubbish on the books, it's scary. Earning fortunes.

We weren't sold any dream, it was a nightmare from day one. From keeping Ally and his pals on the payroll to signing shite like Kevin Kyle and Fran Sandaza to Green telling us it was all about the money. It's been 4 consistent years of abject mediocrity and for 3 of those we had almost 50000 punters turn up to support it. It's took the fanbase 4 years to open one eye from their coma, if it takes another 4 years to open the other one when we go up this summer, our rivals, plural, will be out of sight.

10-20 times more than them isn't enough to compete with them just now embarrassingly, what more does he want? What will he be like in the SPL when we won't be able to compete with Celtic financially? We won't be able to outspend Aberdeen 10 to 1 either and he will be up against some hungry and talented managers. Will he then walk away with Celtics dominance cemented forever? Basically when it's too late. He needs removed now and plans in place immediately for our return. That means dross out, not in. Bosmans signed up in January for the summer. We could win the SPL next year without spending a penny on transfer fees but it will take a real football manager with contacts and good team behind him.

What sort of investment would they need to sustain this and actually win the title? It's only a matter of time before Celtic go on a run, as they always do, they will improve but can Accies keep this great run going? I would love it obviously but i am not so sure. In fact, i would loan them Boyd for 6 months. He is wasted here, a guy like him could be the difference.

One was unlucky, the other is the worst in Scottish football history. If you think they are great people the you know nothing about them. Both have their flaws just ally has a lot more. I stand by what I said, he's not well liked and is not a nice person.

You should get out more my friend, i know many Rangers fans who "hate" him. I work with two of them. Admin are also well aware of my feelings towards him which i will not repeat. I actually don't know any Bears who still respect him. By all accounts he's not a well liked person, that's from people in the game.

We keep him we will never again win a major trophy, that is the harsh reality of life under him. The writing has been on the wall since day one. If Kings plan is to keep or worse still bankroll Ally then he has failed before he has even started. He won't get my vote, support or backing. We all know what Ally will do given even more money, we have had 4 years of the exact same mediocre rubbish and duds brought to the club, he is not all of a sudden going to turn into a football manager or change his tune, he is what he is, an abject failure. He will forever be known as the man who made mediocrity acceptable and amateur standards welcome at Ibrox.

He may have been born in the north of the City but he was brought up in Simshill, or Timshill as we used to call it, and yes he is a big Rangers man. Still a world class football coach. Should have been at Ibrox years ago in some capacity.

McColl has a worse cup record than McCoist, he is not good enough for Rangers. I would take Wotte and Sbragia working under both Laudrup brothers for next season.

And Stuart McCall and Jim Stewart are not? Strange you would leave out the two Rangers men in the coaching team. If anyone involved in the Scotland set up should be at Ibrox it should be Mark Wotte and especially Ricky Sbragia who is a world class coach.
