  1. Languishing in the bottom 6 and a couple of old firm humiliations under our belt too.
  2. Nonsense, getting to the latter stages of any cup competition is seen as a success for 99% of Scotlands clubs. Not winning them is only a failure to 2. Whilst your devils advocate ramblings may be vaguely correct to an extent in general, you will find that the real clubs who do have success and long term success actually have all the things Rangers fans crave including a good footballing infrastructure and good manager at the time of their success. Under McCoist we will taste no success, only failure and mediocrity.
  3. Ashley There's no supposedly about it, it came straight from the horses mouth. Around £600k is all we wanted for him. He's done, we're done, onto the next era of protests and shambles.
  4. There is no beyond, we have failed in every cup competition. It is only from the fourth to Premier and even at £1.5k a week, it is still 10 times what part timers in the bottom few leagues get and still more than most players playing in the SPL get too.
  5. They will have to eventually, surely. We should gather as one and make them an offer they cannot refuse. Money is the only way out of this. Obviously we would want everything. Retail is not our main stream but it is a big one, for the term of the deal, if nothing can be done about it, it may be something we are stuck with short term. For the sake of £3m a year which we got previous. Perhaps as a "Rangers" owned Rangers, we could come up with other ways to inject any lost income into the club. Like a club related merchandise to rival Ashley and Sports direct, but with money from it going straight into the club, hopefully starving Ashley and Sports Direct out? I would buy into that, big time. If it takes admin and another year in a lower league to get rid of this lot, all of them, i would take it. I believe it would be worth it. Yes but i don't believe the average season ticket holder who doesn't have the internet or access to forums online know about the threat. These hardcore ladies and gentlemen just want to support their football team and as long as the team take the field they will be there supporting no matter who sits in the dugout or boardroom or how much is in the bank.
  6. Most of the money would come from a group of maybe 8 to 10 individuals, i am sure if we had them together with a genuine plan the rest would follow.
  7. How much do you think they would want to walk away? If any such takeover was doene right we wouldn't be heading for admin at all.
  8. No one would have offered him anything close to £3.5k a week. Hearts offered him £1.5k, we jumped in with £6k. Memories of Daly comes back when he wanted a few grand increase from his Utd wage to play for us and we jumped in with 3 times what he wanted. By all accounts our negotiations, even under Wallace have been, which Daly wasn't i note, have been just as silly as previous CEOs. Spot on. Of course we could have and only an idiot would think otherwise. Hearts have a wage cap of £1.5k per week, which they offered to McGregor and Kris Boyd to name just 2. Frightening when you compare their options, in midfield for example, to ours. Their squad has plenty kids, graduates, running riot, enjoying themselves, having fun, pumping Rangers, topping the league, earning a fraction of what our imposters do. Healthy club, happy fans. Compared to our shambles. Even when we do win the league, which we will, Hearts will have been a credit to the game in this country and to themselves. They are doing it the right way.
  9. Money is the only solution, we either put up or shut up. Moans, groans and protests are pointless. Is it not worth giving these animals what they want to get our club back? Can't the Rangers family gather together as one consortium and pay the £30/40m to get our club back. Say King pays £10m, Park £5m, SDM £5m, Lewis £5m, Letham and Murray and other supporting millionaires put up £500k each and then the average fan on the street gives what they can through official channels and we all gather together as one to get our club back. One group, one team, one family, not 2, not 3, not 4. One. Money is the only solution here, forget protests and card displays, get the money out and let's play. It's time for the Rangers family to pay up. No more talking, ask them what they want and raise it as soon as we can.
  10. Maybe FS though i still don't believe he will be good enough to be part of any title winning squad in the only league that matters. His wage is also well above his ability level just like everyone else at the club. Lots are out of contract mate but i think we have a guy in charge who will want to keep just about every one of them and add even more on too. Especially someone like Daly who has been there and done it apparently at that level. After only 100 odd posts. Who even are you?
  11. All their wages will increase next season. Imagining the likes of Black, Law, Daly and Templeton earning even more off us makes me sad and so so angry. McGregor this season will earn more from one year at Rangers than he has in his entire career previously. Frightening stuff.
  12. They are ranked numerous places above Scotland as well in the rankings and have competed in 11 major tournaments since we last qualified for 1, winning one along the way.
  13. I don't know anything about Tunisian football buddy so i couldn't possibly say.
  14. Back on topic for a moment, one can only hope that there is something in this. The poor guy is completely out of his depth at Rangers, not his fault of course.
  15. Phone Celtic, they will know. Experts at that sort of stuff.
  16. Yeah i think if King is knocked back then we must see the details of his offer to see if it was realistic or not. He could be asking for too much.
  17. The game lasts for 90 odd minutes mate. I didn't change the score and still don't even know if i was right or not. As FS says, just void the lot, seems a wee joke has escalated into a total disaster and forum saga now.
  18. It was me, i thought the smiley gave away my cheekiness. Obviously not. Lol. I had Boyd down and didn't realise until after Daly scored.
  19. McCoists fault, obviously, these duds should be nowhere near a Rangers jersey. He's putting them in a position to be criticised because they can't do the very basics Rangers fans expect from their players. Same with Mohsni and Law who have both also had issues with fans.
  20. Some Rangers man, eh! Just another sp!v with his nose in the trough. Makes me sick.
