  1. He may have, 2 years ago. Wallaces salary and Mathers was around £350k. I expect the next man, or woman, to get similar. If we make it to December then Ashleys money will have paid the electricity and gas bills and player, coach and managers wages. That is it. There is nothing extra for anyone to take or use. There is nothing else.
  2. I remember Alex McLeish and Martin Bain both claiming Donald Muir to be a personal friend of theirs and a big Rangers man.
  3. CEO salary was £350k was it not? Of the £70m you refer, which was rounded up from the actual £67m, £20m was "on the park" Almost 1/3, a fraction of course but a bloody large fraction! Can you show us here and now that hedge funds and investors are taking millions out the club? Consultant fees i grant you because it is there in black and white. Anything upto £7m from that £67m. God knows who to or what for. We were told umpteen times the IPO costs were far too high. Our directors are rich businessmen, that is what they do. Millions of folk across the country earn minimum wage, that's life. Zero hour contracts have only just came to light because of the recent Sports Direct revelations. Folk are made redundant all the time too, that is life as well, it happens. What i don't understand is why we are cutting the small fry when we have rich footballers earning fortunes doing and contributing nothing. No one knows how Ashleys money will be spent, if at all, everyone is guessing. It flows out because we are big business with hundreds of employees and a multi multi million pound squad and coaching team to keep. As well as a huge stadium and world class training facility which neither run on chocolate buttons. I hear what you are saying and i share in your fear to a certain extent but i just can't buy into this people taking money out the club stuff. I just don't see where they would get it from. This is what i think our expenses will be on the next set of accounts. £12m on wages for players and coaches. £16m on other operating costs. If our outgoings on next months annual accounts are more than £28m for the year then something is obviously wrong. That is normal every day running costs, not including any directors or investors "take" or "bonuses". Our turnover will likely be around £18m at most i think. That leaves a £10m black hole, hence the need for loans i guess. I don't see where or how anyone can siphon off anything, we simply don't have it. There is not enough money going into the club for anyone to steal anything. Now by my reconning with that £3m to keep our "lights on" loan from Ashley, that should keep us going for about 5 weeks only. God knows what we are going to do come the end of December. I have to agree with you again, we won't have the money to pay the bills including player wages.
  4. Over £50m was on the actual club itself. We ain't a small business.
  5. If it was anyone else they would be called sp!vs but no, not them, not oor Rangers men!
  6. Alexander is on many times less than what he was allegedly offered at Rangers.
  7. According to the accounts Templeton cost around £950k. More than what every other club in the bottom 3 leagues combined have spent in the last 20 years. He also told the board he needed millions upon millions on wages to be spent in order to win 2 part time pub leagues. And when the going got tough, for him, he cried for even more. By the time we get back to the SPL next summer we will have spent around £40m since 2012 on our first team footballing operation, players and coaches only. Come the summer our team is going to need rebuilt and serious money is going to be needed once again to fix the mess he and his pals have made.
  8. Good, just what did he want as security and what interest did he want? The truth please.
  9. Turnover is around £18/19m with wages for the first team squad and coaching team at around £11.5m.
  10. I bet Dean Shiels is on more than the 10 of them. And Peralta, and Zaliukas, and Durrant, and McDowall, and Kyle Hutton. Probably even Seb Faure too. Leeches the lot of them. Feel so sorry for the poor folk binned a few weeks before Santa. Is this now the Rangers way?
  11. Bannan, Gordon and D Fletcher are 3 disgraceful choices for the national set up. 2 tims and a Celtic player right enough. Kind of sums McGhoo and Chesney up. Surprised he didn't find a space for Commons and Forrest. After being so good against Ireland, Mulgrew had a stinker. Didn't know if Scott Brown was playing or not and that lad up front Martin is rank rotten. 3 men down form the off. Was always going to be hard.
  12. Somers is a balloon. Plain and simple.
  13. No we're not. That was another lie from the manager to fool gullible fans.
  14. We are paying Bell 5 times more than Hearts are paying Alexander and he isn't as good as him? Where is the managers judgement there? And i don't just mean about the wages which are outwith Allys control. That defender you speak of isn't actually a defender. Again, this is our managers judgement which is questionable. Our manager also signed those midfielders who are inconsistent, well rubbish in fact, yet being paid between 5 and 10 times that of all the players who you would think are better than them in Scotland. Again, wages are not his bag but he did get a huge budget and has pished it up against a wall on a squad of f*cking diddies. As for the strikers, we probably have the best choice of strikers in the country. 4 guys easily good enough to challenge at the top end of the SPL. What they don't have is the motivation to play for the manager or the help, support or service from their team mates. All of whom this manager picks every single week regardless of form. It always always always comes back to the manager no matter how we try and dress up anything to do with our football team.
  15. I wonder what security Kennedy wanted? Did Kennedy really want interest back on his loan? Why couldn't King provide proof of funds? Why did King refuse to name 5 members of his consortium? I thought we earned nothing from merchandising? Somers claims we do, a lot according to him.
  16. We are paying more than Premiership wages, Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs, Dundee Utd cannot afford to pay their squad players upwards of £5k a week. We have a European Europa League squad base and wage bill.
  17. What is a qualification anyway? Look at some of the idiots who have driving licences yet should be nowhere near the road. His coaching badges mean nothing in terms of his ability, God even Durrant has them! Anyone can get them if your willing to part with the few grand It takes to get them.
  18. It's not complex at all, it's very very simple. We are under the guidance of our worst ever football manager, a man who has no future at our club and a man who is completely out of his depth. A man who has made us a laughing stock. A man who lies to the support. A man who treats our fans with utter contempt yet still some worship him. A man who saw fit to take us to the bottom depths of Scottish football, part time football and thought it was ok to hide his Champions League salary from fans for as long as he could get away with it. A man who has supported and defended every failed board and owner at the club since he took over. On that note, yes it is silly, it is silly making up comparisons from other teams failures to somehow excuse why he is so shite. We all know the odd shock result happens in football, that is the game we love. We haven't had the odd shock result though, we have had numerous, many many. In fact in the last 3 or 4 years we have suffered several of the very wost most humiliating results in our entire history under him and yet here we have people still making excuses, still looking for ways to pardon such embarrassments. It's not on.
  19. This is getting silly now. We're a club and fanbase going nowhere.
  20. Hearts were also competing at a far higher level against far better opposition. We should be envious of them and inspired by how they have went about things. We could learn a thing or two from them.
  21. As i have. Sick to the back teeth of it. And my son will miss out, as will my younger one if things don't change. That is the sad part for me. Our next generation are being lost.
  22. What's the betting he gets a new one? Another 2 years.
  23. The post of the man smashing his head against a brick wall is 100% applicable in response to the utter nonsense in which it referred to. That should have been the end of the matter. dB didn't have to come back and moan about being called out. There can be no objectivity with Allys record, there is simply no playing it down. It is humiliatingly bad.
  24. Lol if it's between us and Celtic. There will only be one choice for the kid. Become a £10m English Premiership star in 12-24 months or be ruined under McCoist at Rangers. It's a no brainer.
