I agree 100%. Good results against stuggart lyon and barca in the first 3 games was mostly due to the formation as well as most players turning up. Scotland is another example, results against france etc. The difference in winning and losing with this formation is taking the chances when they come to you. Caldwell against france, cousin against Lyon wheras on wed there was the darchy miss that WOULD have changed the game and maybe the rest of our season.

I am not a confident bear. They were superb against barca, having one cleared off the line and two one on one's with the keeper being saved. They have turned on the style since our first meeting. Maybe it was the wake up call they needed.

I think he needs a good few weeks on a treadmill for that! He seems to slowly have put back on the weight he done so well taking off during the summer break.
