  1. Of course I dont bossy how would I ? But I do know this - attempting to apportion blame to others out with the organisation, for what is clearly an internal feud - and having the temerity to disagree with this is not putting the boot in.
  2. If you want to blame RM, VB or anyone else - fill your boots - as Frankie says in the opening pages of this discussion - .
  3. The problem quite clearly lies internally, Not with others out with the organisation who have had nothing to do with its development or the subsequent aftermath.
  4. I dont. I read a post, perhaps on here, which suggested the fall out within the RST had been particularly acrimonious - and there was a suggestion on of the parties involved in that may have leaked it.
  5. Yes smear others. You are blaming them for a situation they most certainly had no part in the development of. None of them have a big say, in fact their views are irrelevant unless they are members - but are you honestly surprised Irvine has pounced on this ? Im quite sure others would have done the same had the situation been reversed.
  6. Then why keep mentioning them ? You do the RST no favours at all by attempting to smear others for the fall out relating to an internal matter within the organisation. PS Edit - to answer youre question no I actually dont think on this occasion Toxic Jack was responsible.
  7. Thats about as accurate GS as your earlier allegation that RM breached Data Protection.
  8. And is the current problem within the RST anything to do with any of them ?
  9. Its not deflection at all Zap - Ive had a nice day away from forums with my grandchildren - had a quick look at RM and decided I didnt want to read the same guys going over the same tired old arguments. The wrong decisions refer to the circumstances surrounding the resignation and subsequent vilification of Alan Harris.
  10. I think the situation was not helped several years ago when the wrong decisions were taken.
  11. Unless the RST identifies where the real problem lies very quickly, they may never recover from this. And it certainly isnt Toxic Jack, RM or VB.
  12. I would let it go Bearger - I dont think you are doing anyone any favours with such accusations.
  13. Doncaster rued his bad luck. “Why didn't Regan draw the short straw?” he asked himself. But this was no time for “what ifs?”; he had drawn the short straw and now had to deliver the poison chalice to the master. Gingerly, he long pressed the 2 on his phone keypad and watched in fear as the phone speed dial responded with the fateful name. The two words flashed on the phone screen heightening Doncaster's sense of foreboding. Peter Lawwell. “What is it Neil” a voice rasped from the other end. “I'm sorry Peter but it's happened again” “What has ?” “A game has had to be abandoned for safety reasons due to the demand to see the Rangers” Doncaster could hear the sigh of exasperation on the other end of the phone. “Get Spiers or someone to put out a story saying it was fire fears due to the recent spate of flare throwing” “I'm sorry Peter the story has gone out already” “Who authorised it without my approval ? You know everything has to come through me” “I'm, I'm sorry Peter it was out with my control” “How many times have I told you Neil – NOTHING BUT NOTHING IS OUT WITH MY CONTROL !!!!” Click. I beg to differ Peter. We are out with you're control. You cannot control either our passion or determination to follow our team. At Elgin it was an overrun of printed tickets, today at Stenhousemuir it was damage to a temporary stand built to house the travelling blue legions. How much that must hurt our top league as they struggle to fill their stadiums. As they struggle to sell tickets. As they struggle to pay bills. “So as you sow – so shall ye reap” Of course, as was reported last week, a benevolent bank may come along and agree to write off all the accumulating debts. But I expect the Kilmarnock situation to be the exception to the rule rather than the norm. I wonder if Gordon Waddell will pen a column stating how much he would like to punch them in the face till his hand hurts, or if Spiers will “happily and reasonably accurately” accuse them of cheating ? Oh and I cant wait to read the Scotzine article on this. Mr Muirhead will be frothing at the mouth over this one. Well, that is if he is to remain consistent in his thoughts on debt and cheating at football clubs. But, as the legend which is Rangers powers through the current division as a consequence of our enforced exile, perhaps those top league chairmen better hold off potential projected financial prospectus in lieu of our return, to appease increasingly demanding bank managers. For there is no guarantee our eventual return to the top flight will see any change in attitude towards filling the coffers of those who caused our club so much damage and heartache. Who collectively conspired and contrived to do us maximum harm. Forgive, forget and move on ? I don't think so. We remember how hard you kicked us whilst we were down. I wonder how long it will be before the “financial sell” statements appear from the guilty ? ie “It's good to see Rangers back where they belong” “We cant wait to renew our battles with Rangers” I can guarantee one bear who wont be buying your bullshit. And you can take that to the bank.
  14. The problem is though RS this has been a particularly difficult, and at times polarised debate re our boardroom . It has not been helped by, as previously alluded to :- I use the word "polarised" because the issue is not as black & white as some would make out, There are those who want change in the boardroom without a complete cull - and I would hazard a guess this would reflect itself in the removal of BS and also the removal from MediaHouse from our club. (Very much as per Jim McColl's summation) Some will not be satisfied unless there is a complete clear out, l whilst others appear to want the status quo to remain. If ever we needed evidence that negative campaigning is self defeating - this episode in our club history's should provide ample proof for any politicians looking on.
  15. I agree FS - that was not particularly re-assuring
  16. Refrain from the facts ?
  17. They interviewed the guy and released minutes of the meeting with a considerable caveat. They also appended :- What would lead you to think they supported him ?
  18. Keiron RentAQuote.
  19. if I was a betting man that would be my wager FS
