Indeed. Not a big fan of the term "Rangers men", but we certainly need some of those rather than people who just want to do business. These professionals are also needed, but I wouldn't mind getting some of those lads in who got an emotional connection to the club.

This really pisses me off. If you're on the inside of a club you're obliged to deal with all information you have in a sensible way. As soon as Rangers have solid evidence, legal actions should be taken. This is a no go, seriously disgusting.

Does anybody have an overview what a global scouting system would cost? All the top clubs, and I think that's what we should be aiming at long term, have their scouting specialists for the respective regions of the world. I suppose this costs them a lot of money though.

Don't get me wrong mate. I've never critisised Super or Rangers for picking Fran up initially. In fact I was quite euphoric when he came here and thought he'd make an impact. What I do critisise though is the player for not showing anything since he's put on light blue. I'm well aware you can't expect to aquire the next superstar with the time and resources given, what you can expect of any professional footballer is to put forth and´effort rather than trotting around on the pitch and turning into a pillar of salt everytime a ball flies towards him. And that has nothing to do with formation but with attitude.
